    📌 How to make Gluten-Free Protein Bars:
    00:04 Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper and grease lightly with butter. Set aside.
    00:08 In a food processor, process the roasted almond until it becomes a powder.
    00:11 Add protein powder, salt, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder. Process again until well mixed.
    00:19 Add the melted chocolate. Process again.
    00:21 Add golden raisins, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, and cranberries. Pulse a couple of times - do not over-process so all the nuts are still in their shapes.
    00:27 Pour the mixture into the baking pan. Flatten and press a bit using a spoon. Freeze for 30 minutes.
    00:32 While the mixture is frozen, preheat a saucepan over low heat. Pour in milk until it bubbles a bit on the side. Turn off the heat. Add in the chocolate. Mix until all the chocolate is melted. Add the butter. Mix again until incorporated.
    00:43 Take the protein mixture out of the freezer. Pour the chocolate milk mixture on top of it.
    00:46 Sprinkle some chopped roasted peanuts.
    00:50 Refrigerate for 1 hour to set the chocolate on top of the bar, or freeze for 25 minutes to set them fast.
    00:52 Cut them into 12 rectangles and enjoy.
