I love it because you can make MORE in LESS time! Always like that since the need for healthy snax is real! I learned that nut butters have a high ratio of Omega 6 so I make sure to have lots of Cod Liver Oil, Omega 3 supplements to balance things out...
They sound delicious and I would like to give them a try. Do you have the Nutritional Value for these bars and how many should we get from this recipe? I enjoy your channel.❤❤
I am so glad you are enjoying my channel. This recipe yields about 16 bars. I added the nutritional information for 1 bar to the bottom of the written recipe.
How on earth do you get the ingredients to stick together and be so firm and chewy? No matter what I try mine always crumble too easy or do not firm up.
The ingredients in peanut butter should be just peanuts or peanuts & salt. I'm not sure what kind of sweetener you are referring to. Thanks for the recipe.
I love easy and low ingredient recipes and I also love peanut butter and chocolate. So, I can't wait to try these!😊
Yes easy is always best. I hope these turn out to your liking when you try them.

The challenge is that both omega3 and omega6 are PUFAs. I have now eliminated PUFAs from my diet and hopefully that helps with much less inflammation.
I’m excited to try to make these soon. I love almond butter and with lily’s chocolate chips it should be great.
@@hollikrebs Definitely. I hope these turn out to your liking when you try them

Peanut Butter is Nut Free, peanuts are Legumes.
Mine came out too crumbly....too many ingredients , did not cook long enough egg too small ? What do you think ?

Thanks for the recipe.
You're welcome.
Would a flax egg or chia egg work in these?
I haven't tried it with a flax egg. The egg in this recipe is just to help hold everything together so I think flax or chia egg should work
Can you add protein powder
You can, just be careful not to add too much or the bars will be thick and dry
How is this nut free when it has peaNUT butter?
@@suzymartin9427 You can use seed butter to replace the nut butter
Why add sweetener?
I like a little sweetness in them but it can be left out
Not really a protein snack?
So: 350 degrees F BUT 260 grams! 😂😂😂😂 What is wrong with the country’s education system?
Honestly no one wants to watch a long intro.
Stop using ancient units of measurement, please. The decimal system is far more superior and MAKES SENSE.
Thank you Janet for giving both gram and cup measurements. That’s perfect for me. 😊
