I'd use a snake hatch, line distance 0.010 - 0.005. Clean pass: 2400 speed, 35 power, 80 - 100 frequency, line distance 0.025.

Is this machine using a motorized Z axis? I ask because I see it's engraving on a slightly curved surface so it should be going in and out of focus with a 150mm lens on that curve if it is not using a motorized Z axis...

I have a 50w jpt with a 110 or 210 lens, how different would those settings be and which lens would be best?

It depends on the size of the gun, a glock 19 slide is over a little over 7 inches so a 200mm lens would work best for that size. Settings wouldn't be much different. I did 500 speed, 97 power, 35 frequency line distance 0.010 - 0.005. Snake hatch. Clean pass: 2400 speed, 35 power, 80 - 100 frequency, line distance 0.025 bidirectional hatch, how many passes is dependent on how deep you want it.
