Hi. Thatnks for the great video! I fixed my two cut wires. But now the program choose button wouldn't respond. Do you think it is again one of the wires or something down in the mother board? I have a CRP-j0620mv.
Thanks for this. I just repaired my Cuckoo that had the exact same problem - broken wires going to the lid. Must be a very common problem due to using low quality wiring.
Mine (Cuchen WHA-VE0601) isn't detecting the inner pot which means I can't cook anything. Two half-brackets on the screen as some sort of error. Unbelievably frustrating.
My rice cooker now not releasing steam and rice is coming out as partially uncooked. All silicone rings still look in good condition. Do you know what could be the issue?
@@heespapa2805 Thank you, opened my rice cooker as your instructions and it was the same problem (snapped wire) Thank you for the video and advice, it has helped me. I will share your video on my channel & have subscribed.
Thanks for the great video! Mine is not releasing steam in the right way: it releases the steam during the cooking process, but doesn't do it when it comes to the steam releasing stage. Due to this problem it can't build up enough pressure and too much water is lost, brown rice got cooked dry (maybe even half-cooked) and meat not soft enough. But porridge is alright. I checked the wires as per this video, but they are all good. I did get to clean inside the lid, though, the area around the valve was very dirty. Do you have an idea on what might have gone wrong in my cooker? We have the same model, I think.
You need to check If the steam leaks thru it's proper hole on the cover or thru side part of the cover. If the steam leaks thru side part of the head cover, you need to check the pressure cover packing properly inserted or necessarily change it. If it leaks thru proper steam hole and the wire is not cut, you need to check the connection of the wire on the PCB.
@@heespapa2805 I just picked it up from Cuckoo service center today, they changed the "electromagnetic valve". I'll test the pot a bit later. Btw, how do you clean it? The service center did a great job on cleaning it, I can't help but wonder what's the trick. When I cleaned the area behind the lid last time with cloth and cotton swab, it didn't seem as efficient. :)
Hello I have cuckoo rice cooker smart IH HNEB107FB 6yrs old now , suddenly I'm facing a problem MCB trips right after I switch it on my rice cooker, no service centre here in India
Thanks million for the instruction, i am ready to buy new one but fortunately i said to myself let check one more thing and come out with instruction i check and one wire was broken and connected together again and work perfectly. thanks again
Try to turn the head cover lock handle during pressing the head cover to be close more tight. One hand press the head cover and the other hand release the lock handle at the same time.
My rice cooker lets the steam out way too early than it use to so the rice doesn't get fully cooked... I am not sure where to start to fix this problem.

My rice cooker lets the steam out way too early than it use to so the rice doesn't get fully cooked... I am not sure where to start to fix this problem.
If the steam is out from side part of the cover of the cooker. The first thing you need to check is silicone sealing ring.
