Thank you for this! I have been meaning to do this as with these fancier rice cookers there seems to be a lot more moving parts than the old-fashioned ones that only had one button to push! Very helpful to see how to remove the various parts (and totally didn't know about the long pin stored underneath to clean the steam outlet). I even have the same Cuckoo model so very timely!

It can also cook other food such as meat or curry and more and it certainly has made our time in the kitchen more entertaining haha! I hope you could purchase the rice cooker with a massive discount in Italy!

the steam hole is probably blocked! Follow the steps in the video, it should fix it!

they get blocked with overuse, so in the video, there is a part where you can use a 'stick' to rehole the vent so the steam knock can work again!
