Sorry for the late reply! 2 years! I sold that rice cooker when I made that video! So I had no access to Cockoo. I hope you found other video on youtube and figured out.

I have one of these at home and it makes the most amazing rice ever. Its very pricy around $300-$400USD but its well worth it if you want to taste the best rice!!

@HappyJiyoung The cooker has different taste styles. One side is soft rice and the other is tasty well risen control. If you still have the cooker, can you film the seaweed mode with soft mode (Med) ?

after 5 years, mine seems to fail. Buttons start failing and the inner pot gets worn down bcause the vegetable holder of cuckoo is made from steel metal. Replacement pot not available in my area. Replacement from the us is 100 + shipping. gg

It cooks tasty rice but the Cuckoo model CRO-M1077S is horrible with its screen display and cooking button features. For example, on the front it doesn’t have a button that says “cook” but just “Pressure Turbo, Keep Warm/Reheat, Preset, and cancel.” This is so horrible a product because whenever we press a button the electronics are supposed to react with the buttons right away but our model doesn’t. Everybody has trouble using simply because the buttons don’t react right away on the screen and often leaving people confused wondering what’s wrong. Just bad engineering!

In my opinion, the reason of that is your rice cooker is cheap. My rice cooker haven't burn.

Press the menu button for 5sec and the function activates. First you will see the clock function, so.. press it again once and you'll see the volume level. 0 is for mute.

3 rice cookers in 10 years, so apparently you used each of them for 3 years before they "broke"...
You do know that you have to replace the "Cover Packing" EVERY YEAR don't you. The Cover Packing is that rubber ring that's on the lid of the rice cooker. It has to be replaced on ANY cooker every year to ensure the steam doesn't start leaking and the pressure stay in tact. Those rubber rings go for 11-19 dollars on Amazon. No way your cooker broke. You probably just didn't maintain it, and for sure any cooker would start leaking pressure after 3 years if you didn't replace the rubber ring even once.
