you could also off center your pan a bit and hang purée handle over your pot which will keep it out of water, just my opinion of course, as there are many ways to make diy projects 🤪
I really enjoyed your video. I would have like to see a little more sanitary prep of your work...using gloves or the wooden spoon to remove product from containers versus bare hands. I also would have like to see the tinted lip balm on. Just a few thoughts. But overall a really nice video.
Do not sell these without sanitizing all utensils, and tubes. Everything should go through the dishwasher on sanitizing cycle. All of the citrus oils will react with the sunlight, because of photosynthesis, therefore you could get sunburned lips from the essential oils. Please research your essential oil practices before you make these and hand them out. Also they will only last just a few months, with the shelf life of the oils, then they will go rancid. Refrigeration may help them last a bit longer. A small bit of essential oil goes a long ways, and some people are allergic to some oils more than others. I hope I did not rain on your project, just be safe and your projects won't hurt anyone, especially yourself! Thanks for posting, you did a good video!
Pregnant women can not use Peppermint bug dope on their skin to keep bugs away because in can cause the baby to abort. I'd be careful with using peppermint lip balm if that is true. Always check with a Licensed Herbalist if your pregnant. Also, if your making large quantities to sell or give away please wear gloves. A professional would.

Doterra citrus oils are not recommended to be used in sun. if you plan to use citrus you only need to use it at night.
