Love the Prince Vortex when fresh. But the drop off in playability is more noticeable than many other polys. So you have to restring it more frequently.
What about Tourna Big hittet Silver 7? I'm always seeking a very durable string, since I don't play professionally, stringing two to three months works well if I have two rackets.
Your reviews are always really well thought out and thorough. Great job. Nice shout out to Technifibre Multi Feel. I agree with you, it’s great for spin for a multi and good price point and crisp feel. Probably wasn’t out or you haven’t been able to test yet when you did this video but I honestly find Restring Zero is the best spin string I’ve tried. I have to string lower than my normal tension but I think my ball is going 5 ft long and it drops like a rock 3 feet inside the baseline. I have to hit really hard to get these benefits and it’s not really my game so it’s not a string I use regularly but I’ve never achieved such a heavy shot with spin as I have with Restring Zero.
Thank you. I did try Restring zero and I really liked it. It is very stiff though so it might not be for everyone. It might be in my top 5 now though. Check out my review of Zero if you're interested. ua-cam.com/video/NAIxKk0Po00/v-deo.html
Thanks for the list! I've only tried Ytex of these five, which I found to be super spinny but also somewhat underpowered. I'm playing with a more powerful racquet now (Pure Aero 98), so it could be a great fit with that racquet. Of the strings I've used, I've found the spinniest to be Toroline Wasabi and Grapplesnake Game Changer - you should try those if you haven't!
If you haven’t tried Weiss cannon ultra cable yet, I highly recommend it. I hit the best kick serves of my life with that string. My hitting partner was making contact above his head at the baseline.
Thank you for video, you have explained them very clearly. One question: If the spin is my first priority but when I want to play flat also, which one is handling both best? Is Outlast doing it well, because I'm considering it
Surprised by no mention of Luxilon Alu Power Rough - it has great spin generation even for 18x20 pattern rackets and is very very durable. I never noticed loss of tension.
Hi, Thanks for your content! Did you ever tested Gamma Ocho and Gamma Moto? They have a 18 gauge that I´m curious about. I use a Blade 18 x 20 and like to use thin strings. I current use luxilon adrenaline, but I´m thinking to change to a shaped string.
Unfortunately, I have not tried either string. But I like Solinco for it's thin gauges but if you're coming from Adrenaline, it might be a little stiff
My college age daughter is using a head extreme with a full bed of RPM Blast. She a two handed forehand and backhand hits a hard heavy ball but looking to get more spin. She doesn’t like the springy feel any recommendations from your list? Thanks Jeff
I would suggest Ytex quadro twist from this list as it is a very spin-friendly string and much more responsive than RPM blast. Quadro twist isn't too springy but it is softer than RPM so maybe she can string it 2 lbs tighter. It does have a break-in period though
I'd agree with the VOLKL V-Torque Tour, it has amazing spin early but notches fairly quickly. That said what are your thoughts on the VOLKL Cyclone Tour - if you have tried it ?
4S feels a bit stiffer and has a bit more control and spin. Focus Hex is cheaper and slightly softer and more powerful. Both have great tension maintenance
Waiting on that Weiss canon ultra cable string color, yellow review
Would love to know your thoughts , I think yellow is my favorite color in a poly

Solinco tour bite and the diamond rough version, and alu power rough are great spin strings too.

The Volkl Cyclone Tour is very soft and springy. I dont really like it because it lacks control and tension stability
@@opencourt808 appreciate the feedback 👍
How do u compare tecnifibre 4s and msv focu hex??
4S feels a bit stiffer and has a bit more control and spin. Focus Hex is cheaper and slightly softer and more powerful. Both have great tension maintenance
Have you tried restring zero or wasabi?
Yes, there is a review of the ReString Zero on my channel. I have not tried Wasabi because I don't know where to find them
Man hope gosens in this list.
