I got it before.. it’s either the phone or you have to connect an aux cord/usb cord to get it connected

Ghostrik Media turn your Bluetooth off on your phone and press phone it should bring the phone up and you can delete your connection

My phone connect to the Bluetooth but only to make calls not to hear any media my the car says my phones connected but when I push the media button it says no disc no media connected

Mercedez Brito what year genesis do you have? I know my 2010 did that same thing but my 2013 works for music and calls
