Have you tried making sure the spray arm is seated and locked down onto the hub? It looks like the water is spraying from under the arm where it connects, and there should be no water at all from that area. Try removing it by rotating the locking hand nut counterclockwise, and check the underside of the arm for anything keeping it from fully seating, as well as the center hub, and then make sure to replace it and ensure the hub is sitting flush and fully locked on.
Thank you for the reply! My lower arm seems to lock, I can feel and hear the click. I think though it’s way too loose. The part is almost 80$... But I’m not sure the arm is causing my leak

The sprayer on the bottom was not in the lock position due to the turning lock being messed up. Check that first. It may just be loose
