I used whey protein and saw a lot of side effects. I would not suggest whey protein . my first purchase worked well but second one that I purchased from the same company did a lot of side effects. the nature of side effects was like of steroids mentioned on internet. Sattu if ground with it's skin, has more fiber than whey protein. You can also add nuts powder or tofu powder to increase the protein content of Sattu. This is beneficial for those like me who are allergic to whey protein. Just a gentle suggestion🙂

Recently i started having this shake and I feel more energetic and started gaining weight, 2 mutthi roasted chana uska powder banakar with 3 dates, 1 banana, 2 small spoon of peanut butter(pintola), half milk and half water( as I can’t digest fat milk so i mixed water) - koi koi din miss ho jata hai but try karta hu roz pine ko.

But when i took the diet plan, in very first plan itself he added L carnetine, glutamine, creatine and whey. My reason to take plan from him was that i cannot afford these suppliments and thought he will help me with home based diet

Sattu if ground with it's skin, has more fiber than whey protein. You can
also add nuts powder or tofu powder to increase the protein content of Sattu.
This is beneficial for those like me who are allergic to whey protein.
Just a gentle suggestion🙂
