    Sattu is not exactly a protein source,
    It has 75% "Complex Carbs" which is rich in fiber that means it has low glycemic index which means it doesn't soike your insulin because its complex carb so its slow releasing carb.
    The rest 25% is protein which has 6 out of 9 essential amino acids.
    You can enrich your sattu with some nuts and other grains.
    To get those 9 essential amino acids.
    That makes the macro profile very much similar to a Mass Gainer supplement but a much safer one.

    I drink 100gm sattu with peanut butter before workout to make it complete protein. It is much better than having bread.

      Add Gaumutra to your sattu peanut butter shake instead of water, the bacteria present in gut of cow is also present in Gaumutra, i.e ruminococcus bacteria, this bacteria convert food into protein.
      Sattu will react this bacteria and it's carb content will get converted to lacking amino acids and make it a complete source of protein simultaneously decreasing the carb content and increasing protein content.
      But remember to leave it in a dark room for half an hour to let the reaction happen.

      Mixing Sattu or any incomplete protein source with Gaumutra do something amazing, the bacteria present in gut of cow is also present in Gaumutra, i.e ruminococcus bacteria, this bacteria convert food into protein.

    Second thing, सत्तू को जब बनाया जाता है, तब उसे भूना जाता है जिस कारण से उसके प्रोटीन टूट जाते है। इसलिए उससे कोई खास प्रोटीन नहीं मिलता है।

    Bhai he didn’t even said that whey is bad he said that who cant afford good brand whey they can have sattu , and bytheway vitamins and minerals are also essential for gaining muscle and whey does not have those minerals and vitamins. And in case of all types of amino acids , this drink also contains milk

    We don't live on protein. We also need carb. Sattu has 20% protein, which is not bad. Even on cutting protein constitutes maximum 30% of overall diet. And for maintenance 20% protein is sufficient.

      @@prateek18837 Essential amino acid din bhar ki diet se complete ho jata hai. Koi sattu hi thodi khayega din bhar. Roti aur rice jaise carb sources se bhi dusre amino acid mil jate hain. Uske alawa rajma, dal, soya chunks, peanuts wgaira bhi koi khayega to usse protein bhi milega aur amino acid bhi complete ho jayega. Bas kyuki inme carbs pehle se hi mil jayega to alag se carbs kam rkhna hoga.

    Most of them prefered sattu drink as a good source of strength.

      Only 36 in India you get so many other protein too . This research was not about is whey is good or bad it was about how many brands are misleading the information given on the label. Choose a good whey with natural ingredients. Do your research does not take much time. Sattu is natural as well as whey. The vegetable you eat have heavy metals because of pesticides in fact more than whey. Everything now you get is contaminated. You need to find good products and safe ones which you can trust to consume thats it.

    According to this doctor there were no vegetarian sources before whey was introduced. And Nitesh sir never said whey is wrong he specifically said that " There's no cheap whey protein, cheaper whey are bad for health."

    Bhaii science rkho side me tunhare hi advertisement krne pr mne protein magaya tha 800 ke something tha dabba . Neturaltein se. I didn't get any results really broo.
    But this summer I tried sattu power my home made.
    I got amazing results in 20 days I got 2.4 kg weight gain .
    Yesss and still I am using this ❤👍👍

    Recently i started having this shake and I feel more energetic and started gaining weight, 2 mutthi roasted chana uska powder banakar with 3 dates, 1 banana, 2 small spoon of peanut butter(pintola), half milk and half water( as I can’t digest fat milk so i mixed water) - koi koi din miss ho jata hai but try karta hu roz pine ko.

    I used whey protein and saw a lot of side effects.
    I would not suggest whey protein . my first purchase worked well but second one that I purchased from the same company did a lot of side effects. the nature of side effects was like of steroids mentioned on internet. If someone is encouraging desi diet then I think they are doing right thing.

    जिन्हें बहुत ज्यादा कटिंग नहीं करनी सत्तू/ चना लो भाई। बस पेल के दिन भर मेहनत करो। ' जिम से बिस्तर, बिस्तर से जिम ' ये मत करो बस। सब carb पचेगा।
    Whey सत्तू के बराबर नहीं है और सत्तू carb से भरपूर है दोनों बात सही है। लेकिन दोनों की तुलना सही नहीं है।
    जिन्हें लीन प्रोटीन लेनी है वो whey देखेंगे और जिन्हें carb पचाना आसान लगे वो गुड के साथ सत्तू ले लें एक मील की तरह।

      Mixing Sattu or any incomplete protein source with Gaumutra do something amazing, the bacteria present in gut of cow is also present in Gaumutra, i.e ruminococcus bacteria, this bacteria convert food into protein.
      Sattu will react this bacteria and it's carb content will get converted to lacking amino acids and make it a complete source of protein simultaneously decreasing the carb content and increasing protein content.
