This series is genuinely incredible dude. 5 years of pushing what is possible in a game that many struggle to even begin playing. Happy to see Bill at least partly back home!
Thank you! Its hard to believe its been this long. There is no end to the process of optimization, I discover that I don't know things at a faster rate than I learn them.
This man is an amazing KSP player, but can we all take a moment to appreciate his taste in music? This series has featured some of the best classical music out there, and now he tops it off with Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante, literally one of my favorite pieces of all time. I love you, Brad. Also, Brad, if you are reading this, you should use Beethoven’s Triple Concerto or Piano Concerto No. 5 if you haven’t already ;)
Only you would challenge yourself to such ludicrously insane mission objectives. Single stage from -249.9m on jool, then solid rocket landing on laythe and take-off, with the signature cherry-on-top explosive landing. Simply wonderful.
Somehow I both have too little and too much faith in Bradley. First phase: "Uh, uh. No way you can actually pull that off...Oh." Second phase: "There's a rock there, is that his plan? I wonder if he's going to use it to somehow take of...Oh."
I do like a good 4th wall break. :) Robotug's wings are an artistic wonder! I've wondered about propellors to orbit, but haven't had the energy to try them. I have mixed feelings about using cargo bays like that; I wish they looked better. :) Bushwhacking... there's a term I have not heard for an age... ;) Wouldn't it be great if there was a mod which let you record the path of a vehicle, then go back and fly another? Or rather, it would record the history of the universe in terms of vehicle paths, :) then let you overwrite the path of one vehicle by flying it again. You could get the orbiter to orbit and the plane to land. The rock! The rock, destroyer of plans! XD I'm impressed that Bill walked. Lesser Kerbals would have used the quicksave option, but not Bill! He walked. Aw, Bill's helmet changed. That felt odd. What happened? It's good to know Bill has a friend, despite that friend forgetting the snacks. I have no idea why Bill didn't hop off & use his parachute, but that landing was cool nonetheless. Oh wait, that's the reason. But looking at the textures, what version of KSP is this? Do kerbals even have parachutes in this version? Oh. Kerbals have *removable* parachutes in 1.12, and Bill no-doubt left his at home to help with efficiency. It's obvious in retrospect. ;) Don't you just hate how easily the Mk1 Inline Cockpit's hatch gets blocked? I do like this series. :) Sometimes, I've just wanted to get away from it all in just the way Bill does.
A new episode, yay! By the way, since you're using graphics mods... Has word of the incredible power of waterfall reached you yet? Would make these missions look so much cooler!
Oh that is strange! I can see the landing being filmed a second time, perhaps it didn't record the first time, but it also seems the original tanker didn't have an ore tank. It's an easy mistake to make, I guess.
Can somebody help me with a space plane The plane is able to reach into the black part of space But it runs out of fuel and I'm not even Able to get it into Orbit
22:19 Bill was so exited about the rescue he even magically upgraded his suit for the occasion
He also magically forgot about his parachute that he could have used to shave a lot of walking off the trip.
@Abi brown backpack on the making history suit

now thats the first time I've seen someone do an U-turn at 1800 m/s
Sometimes I wonder if Bill is in reality a massive masochist, which would explain his apparent eagerness to break every bone in his body every week

Amen.
"Solid rocket only bill rescue"
Oh Bradley, never change.
Bill: Finally you’re back! Does that mean I get to go home now?
Bill: Mission control?
Mission control: _Seen at 8:43 pm_
I dont get it🤷♂️
Return of the king the man the myth the legend: BILL

"Some may say too close" as Bill's skull is caved in by the fuselage
It’s about time to see another KSP mission well beyond my skill and well beyond what I could ever do
my computer coudn't run this

Airline industry: Decarbonization is hard!
Bradley W: RTG propellers.
I love the whole personality and character development robotug has.
"Vertical stabilizer? I hardly know her!"
- Brad, probably
We need a campaign to have one of the probe cores in KSP2 named Robotug
It runs off a potato they
Found in a dumpster
Just finished the whole series, and was wondering when the next episode would come out! Thank you!
He got new clothes instead of snacks. Probably needed them after that hike...
Better Laythe than never
running over bill was the best part
I do like a good 4th wall break. :)

There's a mod called FMRS that does that
@@ENCHANTMEN_ thanks!
Another brilliant addition to the book, always a pleasure (:
Only robotug would pull an illegal u-turn at near orbital speeds
The things you do mechanically and cinematically with this game are amazing ;)
19:54 what a handbrake turn. Always love an unnecessary stunt, intentional or not.
19:35 "This plane comes with the bare minimum of wing area"
Where wing?
Man I've missed these, thank you Brad!
God damn your videos are so good. Just know that they are worth all the effort you put in to them.
New OBB Video, Hype!
Also like the new font!
this might be the best one yet
10:04 I guess you could say he had a Byte to eat
It's been a year! Welcome back home Bill!
10:06 One could say he took a byte of some apple.py left over from Thanksgiving
Just delightful.
yay another odyssey by bill!
Now this is art
I can't believe it
I thought it was lost forever
BILL IS BACK
13:08. I believe you mean 116km instead of 16km.
the jole
The Odyssey continues!!

That ending tho
I think you should finally give him a brake, like just a nice an simple trip to duna with plenty of room and snacks
How kind of Bill to change out of his sweaty spacesuit when meeting robotug
Would love a tutorial on your ducted fans
YOOOOO BRAD POSTED!!!!
Bill Is Back!
When KSP2 comes out i hope you make a KSP2 continuation of this series
Bradley's Odyssey by Bill is KSP Canon, the rest of us are sidequesting
What visual pack has those glittering Laythe skies?
Quite impressive!
Why did the tanker have 75 ore while landing on pol before drilling?
7:48 where did the ore suddenly come from?
Oh that is strange! I can see the landing being filmed a second time, perhaps it didn't record the first time, but it also seems the original tanker didn't have an ore tank. It's an easy mistake to make, I guess.
ahh yes, the Orbital ATK Kerbal Rescue Solution™
IT'S FINALLY HAPPENING
Since Bill is an engineer, couldn't he just attach the external chair to the jet?
I assume you just kept adding Big S wing strakes until the mission worked.
Can somebody help me with a space plane The plane is able to reach into the black part of space But it runs out of fuel and I'm not even Able to get it into Orbit
24:44 Bill should have gotten out and used his EVA parachute
IVE BEEN WAITING let’s go
This was very impressive!
That landing on Laythe was amazing btw, doing a handbrake U-turn to slow down. (Intentional or not)
Why no videos for 8 months
hey uh, the tanker landed on the planet with a full tank of ore?
Used in this video:
Kopernicus? 0.0
Oh! That makes me wonder what Bill's next destination will be.
cool
i guess its pretty good
More ksp!
