I'm in California US, legally without a permit my structure could only be 10x12ft. Our shed is located in the backyard of a home that already has plumbing/kitchen appliances so our shed didn't require a bathroom or cooking area. If you are isolated you can do solar but I wired up our electricity underground from the breaker of the main house. Overall I love the divided space from the main house and the 10x12 shed is spacious even after drywall/insulation. Myself, my girlfriend and our 70lb dog all fit comfortably with a queen size bed and 2 full computer setups.

@@Crowtenzz Interesting vids. Keep it up on the bass, not bad for 2 months. Focus hard on your strumming technique and the strength and accuracy with which you fret those notes. Getting your hands synced up is important. You can hear that you're not committing to every note, there's a bit of hesitancy and a lack of power in the tone. Get yourself a metronome, watch some videos on counting, time signatures, and strum technique, make sure you're fretting at the proper place on the fret (at the fret, not in the middle of two) and start doing basic drills like the "spider walk" and you'll be on your way. Been playing guitar for nearly 20 years, it just takes consistent practice of anything that challenges you to improve. Pick the bass up, play it for an hour or two a day, a few days a week and you'll be surprised how far you go in a couple years. Good luck man!

@@Crowtenzz Interesting vids. Keep it up on the bass, not bad for 2 months. Focus hard on your strumming technique and the strength and accuracy with which you fret those notes. Getting your hands synced up is important. You can hear that you're not committing to every note, there's a bit of hesitancy and a lack of power in the tone. Get yourself a metronome, watch some videos on counting, time signatures, and strum technique, make sure you're fretting at the proper place on the fret (at the fret, not in the middle of two) and start doing basic drills like the "spider walk" and you'll be on your way. Been playing guitar for nearly 20 years, it just takes consistent practice of anything that challenges you to improve. Pick the bass up, play it for an hour or two a day, a few days a week and you'll be surprised how far you go in a couple years. Good luck man!
