Creating a Bootable USB Flash Drives for windows 7 - Windows 8 is very easy with WiNToBootic Application.
This application is developed to support for both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows Vista, 7 and Windows 8.

FYI, do not browse to the iso file using the explorer, instead just drag and drop it like Britec09 does.I am saying this because when you upload by browsing to the iso file you can get an error.But this is a very wonderful tutorial,thanks Britec09.

Works perfectly, tested with XP and win7. Got rid of WinToFlash, Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool, HP USB Key Utility, Yumi and the other rubbish tools that have bits missing or simply don't work as advertised. WinToFlash was the biggest waste of time, followed by mickeysoft.
You can use the USB to Install Windows 8 or any other operating system, once installed you remove the USB thumb drive.

Is it possible for me to do this if I'm building a new PC. Just boot using a USB and run Windows 8. If I use a USB to boot Window 8, does it mean I can't use the usb anymore? Do I have to plug it in to the computer all the time?

what is your iso file for window 7 ? Seem not working . I use MagicISO and nothing work dragging into WINtobootic

Do you need to be logged in as an administrator for this program to work? I tried uaing another program and logged in as an administrator like it asked, but it still didn't work.

Please help Britec, I am trying to find a program to install bootable windows 7 onto the USB, the preinstalled windows, not the installer, so that i can boot from the usb into the OS environment, like a portable version.
