I’m a Thavage pre man myself. It has everything you need.
It doesn't have DMAA or DMHA which is a need to truly have an amazing session.
Literally love the Cbum pre, been taking it for about 4 months now

Great breakdown of each pre workout! Cannot wait to try to new BUM PRE! Has just the right amount of caffeine to pump up for a solid workout and L-citrulline to stimulate the pump on each contraction!

Picked up the essential pre yesterday! Loved the no fluff ingredients list, everything you need and nothing more! It’s cheaper than other super mid pre workouts but has everything I want in it. This might be the new daily driver for me. Ryse is a bit pricey. 😎
