    I am 60 years old. This was my first attempt I did 50 clean the 1st set, 25 the 2nd set feeling those last five, and I only did 20 on the 3rd set and I gassed out. Almost. I will definitely get it shortly. Most of it is in our mind.

    I did 30 reps then 10 then 7. Before I couldn't do 1, I had to to do kneeling pushups. All thanks to you!😎

      This workout can be very intensive, get 2 days rest and work on your other muscles like your back so you don't get tight forward shoulder poster, keep up the good work brother

    Thanks Igor, for another insane challenge.
    What made this circuit hard for me is keeping up with the beats. Not only did it provide the proper time under tension but also helped keep the movement clean and thorough.
    It took me over a week to hit 50 on the first attempt. I was hitting between 38-42.
    I also needed a bit more recovery time. After about 2 weeks I finally was able to complete the circuits.
    In the beginning it would take me 4 attempts to hit the 100 mark.
    Igor knows how to motivate and inspire thanks again for sharing some of the best routines on the web!

    Changed account so copied first 3 days from previous one:
    Day 1 - 30/17/13
    Day 2 - 33/19/11
    Day 3 - 24/15/11 😢
    Day 4 - 36/14/12
    Day 5 - 36/16/14 - I got distracted in between sets so had more like 1.5-2 minutes rest instead of 1 minute
    Day 6 - 37/17/10 - Pushed very hard in the first 2 sets and really felt it in the 3rd - My worst 3rd set yet
    Day 7- 40/17/13 - Been sick for half a week so my arms were pretty fresh
    Day 8 - 35/20/16
    Day 9 - 37/20/14
    Day 10 - 35/16/12 - Stricter with my form starting from today's workout
    Day 11 - 35/17/12
    Day 12 - 37/17/14 - doing once every 2 weeks to make room for others, so each of these should show more progress

    Thank you Igor for another awesome challenge. I found this challenge at first difficult. The first 50 for me was the toughest. Keeping up with the beeps was tricky. The one- minute rest in between also I found tough. In the beginning I needed a bit more recovery time. I also performed better after about an hour or so after a light meal. I guess everyone's body is different, but I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great pushup challenge.

    As always another awesome workout challenge.
    I am usually good with pushups however I was able to do the first 50x then only 18. I Need to work on my recovery time. As I increased my recovery time I was able to do back to back 30 reps after the 50z
    Definitely challenging,
    I appreciate your motivation and encouragement. You are without a doubt one of the best follow along trainers on this Channel.

    Dude, I respect you so much, please don't use clickbait titles (you never talked about why men should achieve it, it's a pushup challenge video). If you also use clickbait titles, then what is the use of all your hard work? Also, it's not like you need to do it, you are already very popular (in terms of youtube subscribers) and inspirational :)
    I'm 42, and just started exercising a month ago, and watching your videos makes me feel young and inspired again, thank you :)

    Frm 35 reps it has come to 46 reps in 1 go 4 reps short frm 50 reps , nxt time will archieve it , but really proud of myself , thnxs fr this challenge Igore . So 1st 46 , 2nd set 16 and 3rd 25 . Improved frm last time . In the end fr the finisher i did 1 min pushup hold . My chest is on fire right nw .

    i did all the prevous workout videos but didnt said anything cause i was in busy in other things so i was directly out from the youtube after workout and this workout feels good did the first 25 10 push ups on knees and the last 25 15 on knees

    I went from 215 to 160 in about 2-3 months
    Got a little bit of skin sagging ony face (not a lot) but it bothers me

    I can never do 50 in a row but i have been doing like 10 or 15 sets of 10-12 reps on my push days. I have made noticeable gains. Its not the reps but quality reps

    I can do 20 pull ups whil weighting 90 kgs but i did only 40 20 and 16 push ups any tips how to increase it?

    I did 50/25/25 its a lot harder when you had a chest workout before
