I am 60 years old. This was my first attempt I did 50 clean the 1st set, 25 the 2nd set feeling those last five, and I only did 20 on the 3rd set and I gassed out. Almost. I will definitely get it shortly. Most of it is in our mind.

This workout can be very intensive, get 2 days rest and work on your other muscles like your back so you don't get tight forward shoulder poster, keep up the good work brother

What made this circuit hard for me is keeping up with the beats. Not only did it provide the proper time under tension but also helped keep the movement clean and thorough.
It took me over a week to hit 50 on the first attempt. I was hitting between 38-42.
I also needed a bit more recovery time. After about 2 weeks I finally was able to complete the circuits.
In the beginning it would take me 4 attempts to hit the 100 mark.
Igor knows how to motivate and inspire thanks again for sharing some of the best routines on the web!

Day 7- 40/17/13 - Been sick for half a week so my arms were pretty fresh

Thank you Igor for another awesome challenge. I found this challenge at first difficult. The first 50 for me was the toughest. Keeping up with the beeps was tricky. The one- minute rest in between also I found tough. In the beginning I needed a bit more recovery time. I also performed better after about an hour or so after a light meal. I guess everyone's body is different, but I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great pushup challenge.

I am usually good with pushups however I was able to do the first 50x then only 18. I Need to work on my recovery time. As I increased my recovery time I was able to do back to back 30 reps after the 50z

@@jaspreetkainth5014you don't need a warm up for push ups, they already are one, if you injure yourself with push ups it's either thay you did **way** too many or usually that you do them wrong
I like how you have good posture, arms are 45 degrees and you're going all the way down.

I can never do 50 in a row but i have been doing like 10 or 15 sets of 10-12 reps on my push days. I have made noticeable gains. Its not the reps but quality reps
