For those in a time crunch.
1. Wake up (at least 7hrs sleep to promote recovery)
2. Do not eat your breakfast earn it(have water when you wake up dont eat as soon as you wake up
3. Workout( directly workout and drink water)
4. 10000 steps(on treadmill or around neighborhood)
5. Push your first meal til 10 or 12 o'clock(Bigger faster window)
6 minutes is a time crunch? It's rewarding short attention spans. Not watching the video through hurts the algo pushing his videos as his analytics will show lower retention time.

Doing all that plus at work i do about 15.000-20.000 steps and still have belly fat. I have muscle but i still have belly . I dont know maybe its genetic or probably food because i eat chips sometimes

I love these videos that require your 7 & 8 hours mandatory sleep…I’ll try and explain that to my kids when they wake me up at 2, 4 and 6 in the morning.

Dont follow this. Counting steps is overrated. If you really want to lose fat just eat in a calorie deficit and eat good protein.
@@abidhossain6050 eating in calorie deficit dosent mean u will lose weight, u need to burn calories, to do that u need to walk or run, and walking isint overrated it's proven scientifically
@@Keen101 strength training is better. You build muscles and muscle maintenance requires higher calories. If you are young i suggest you strength training.

@@aussieintn8036 skipping breakfast is a very bad idea before strength training. You need carbs for working out. Thats why i am saying calorie deficit diet and strength training with high intensity is better. 10k steps sounds fun, but not sustainable in the long run.

Like the energy and attitude but this is a bit ridiculous for people that have to work especially if the job's physical. Who's got the time and surplus energy to workout, do 10,000 steps and then go work a full day? Maybe suggest a regime that could fit in with getting the kids ready for school and holding down full time work?

Thank for this video bro. I would also add that by pushing your first meal later after your workout, your body will maximise the growth hormone production which will make wonders to your body composition. Fasting + intense workout is a recipe for that shredded physique.

I’m part of the category… The only solution I founded out is to wake up at 5 am… And earlier if needed… Of course, no distractions in the evening in order to sleep enough… Yes, it almost ask a warrior mindset… It as a price, but man… what a reward …

Usaly, I agree with everything you say, but this time I don't. I have done this approach for many years and got good results. But have gotten better results by eating a small amount of protein and carbs within 30min after workout. Fact your body absorbes everything like a sponge for 30min window after working out, after that not so much. You also feel fuller have no cravings are in a better mood and eat less overall. And it promotes recovery streath away. Love your vids I learned alot from you bro.

Before seeing this, I've been doing exactly this for months, but I've been having black coffee, tea, and water prior to workout. I figured the caffeine would speed up the process. Am I wrong?
The problem os the time here. I need at peast an hour to work out then another hour and a half of walking? 10k is like 5 miles. I need 3 hours minimum before work

Step 4 : drink a cup of water
Step 5 : exercise

Step 7 : get on with the day with Jesus on your mind & prepare & eat your own healthy food.❤❤
TOTALLY true but i would share my experience with some twists:
1- 7/8 hours of good sleep
2- after 15 min that you have wake up do 1 till 5 min of cold shower before the work out (not after)
3- a glass of warm water with lemon and curcuma
4- work out
5- a long walk
6- eat at 14:00 one heavy protein meal but not large, than at 17:00 another huge nutritious meal, than fasting till next day
7- have a pill of quality all vitamins and rare micro elements that body need just 1 hour before sleeping
this completely transformed my physical and psychological well being and my muscle mass is only growing
I have tried working out before breakfast, but I feel I have a worse performance than if I had breakfast and then trained like 2 or 3 hours after breakfast.

Sure, your methods works, but it is not possible for 98 % of the people and will lower your immune system. For women it‘s even more dangerous.
After waking up I recommend a light breakfast with porridge and some fruits or dates, coffee and water. Than do your workout. You‘ll not just burn fat, you will also have a quality workout to increase your performance and you‘ll strengthens your immune system. After that, start your day and have a second breakfast, so that you can deliver in your job. This will burn your fat as well.
Well, then I guess I'm fkd becuase I cant even complete 1st step. I average 4 1/2 hours of sleep every night due to my work and family life I've been doing for over 12 years. I do still put in at least 1 or 2 hours at the gym 5 days a week. Better than nothing.
