I'm in support of this because some friends i met at the gym are investors of Lisa Michelle Pacillas, however I learnt that you ought to settle on a decision from many benefits assets to place it in and the Public authority doesn't have anything to do with it. Since states are great at spending - not saving...As businesses expand globally, they often require consulting services to navigate international markets, regulations. i have built a long-term relationship with a financial analyst and I'm in steady stream of income
I comprehend this Classical point of view on economies and globalization however the generally accepted fact is somewhat basic at its center: "Globalization" isn't something that anybody controls as we can't pick regardless of whether we live on a similar planet. We as people need to cooperate to make better circumstances on this planet for us all, regardless of whether we like it. You can't get away from this dynamic, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my 100k brokerage portfolio, curious on the most productive means to take advantage of the current situation...I am open to ideas
Strategising might be quite rigorous for the regular. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by experts who have a great deal of skillset managing a financial portfolio, I’ve been on both end of the spectrum investing on my own for about years, did my own study and analysis before actually buying, things became rather difficult not until a colleague introduced me to my current financial analyst. She has helped me convert my 150k portfolio into 500k
You're really making sense, I have colleagues at work that have tried placing trades in stocks and crypto for a while now but it is just to labyrinthine at first. Could you please divulge some more info, I mean your fA?
I work with "LISA MICHELLE PACILLAS" You can easily look her up online. She has years of financial market experience and she is also FINRA & SEC verifiable.
Thanks for this tip, found her just after inputting her full name on my browser, seems impeccable and shows a great deal of expertise with over two decades of experience with reviews from her clients all over the world

I can do 40 push ups in a row. Aiming for 100 in a row. I am 16 and when i was 15 I was unable to do push-ups but yes consistent efforts made me improve
I did 80 two weeks ago for the first time at 56 years old now in moving towards typewriter pushups and pseudo pushups and trying to some day master a planche.
I started this program at the beginning of the year and today I have reached the 50 total reps in one set, with a decent form. Now I would like to do it with a perfect one. I also noticed that resting on one straight arm and shaking off the other one and vice versa allows doing a few more reps without cheating. Drinking coffee and opening the window also helps.
@@Marco-sm9bu year before about 28 while doing other push up workout, but just before doing this program I could probably do 10-15. I followed this program above patiently doing about 3 workouts per week to (sometimes two because laziness) to the point I was fully rested. I adjusted the number of reps in one set to match the total 70 reps. I probably started with 7X10 with always two minute rest. Then 6x11+4 etc. This way I could do about 1-2 more max pushups per set per week. When I reached the 20 reps in a row in a set i followed the routine suggested in the tables in the video. I also always tried to do a full range of motion without cheating. Sometimes I couldn't do as much reps in one set as it was required so I stopped for a while then continued. After doing 35-40 in a row things are starting to get harder and progress became a little bit slower. Don't forget to take your proteins and being patient. Also chest can grow a bit from totally flat to a less flat. The coffee gives a more energy and opening the window allows more air to breathe since I coudn't say I can breathe freely while doing pushups. I also didn't expect instant results. If you want to know more, ask.

I'm almost 63, and my brother and I have been battling to see who can do the most pushups. He's 59 years old. I trained for 6 weeks doing pushups daily about 100 (about 25-30 at a time with rest in between) with some weight lifting, and light running. He beat me I did 56 he did 60. Six more weeks have nearly passed and been training hard now up to 90. He says he's up to 96 (don't know if it's true). 2nd contest in a few days! Can't stand losing to my younger brother!
Thanks Man, now I can feel that my chest and triceps are actually working more, just changing the elbow position... before with the wrong position I was able to do 30 reps, now 8-9 (just started)!
Omg that's too much from 30 to 9? Even me am a weakling and I used to do around 35 40 not so perfect pushups but I can guarantee I can do atleast 20 perfect pushups.. BTW I am also working on my pushups I started by doing around 15 in the month of July and I set a target for myself that's 50 pushups by December this year but now I can do 42 not so perfect pushups but like I said earlier 20 perfect form pushups shouldnt be hard..
@@kasei4023 Don't worry bro it's totally up to you if you wanna increase your pushup reps.. If you can do only one you will do atleast five in one week if you practice
@@BrawlStars-xy7gj no matter if you are overweight or you have not much muscle. It takes dedication thats it. Do cardio every second day and try to push yourself. If you can only do 2 pushups then try to do 3 and thats it for the day. When you feel comfortable doing 3 do 4 and always increase the reps. Another way faster method is to benchpress but that requires a gym membership or if you have the tools at home, there you go
I do max rep push up sets every 1/2 mi for 2-3mi. This helped me break through a plateau at around 45. Now I can do 53 straight on a good day and improving. Add the elevated heart rate before starting your pushups and pushups from a resting heart rate will feel like a breeze.
October 14 2019: 32 push ups Remind me to come back and edit this with my new score!! 38 now 42 now, Octobre 28! Almost at 50! December 8th: OMG I just did 49 and I tried doing the 50th but I just dropped
4 months old and I can deadlift 1843kg and do 600 push ups 608 sit ups. But back in my days i was able to lift the Earth but gravity prevented me from doing that now
I used to care about big rep numbers in one set, then realized it was pointless anyway so now I'm just doing modified versions (also with weights added) in order to keep the reps as low as i can (ideally 10-12). A total of 130-150 push-ups done at high load in low rep sets has worked wonders so far in overall muscle development and strength. Endurance will go up slowly as well. At the moment i can do about 60 regular strict form in a row, but i just did that benchmark as a curiosity quite recently.
Pushups, once per week (modified to simulate either heavy or light loads). I usually end one push up session with either triceps or biceps sets to tire out the arms completely. After that, upper body is toast for 2-3 days and i have to focus on other exercises. I also do train pull-ups, yes, but not as often since i don't have a pull-up bar at home. But there are many other exercises to do for back/lats in between when i get to do pull up sessions.
20 reps is my consecutive max before my form begins to break down. Also when it comes to how many push-ups I do, it’s not about how much I can do. What’s more important to me personally is how I do my push-ups. I would rather do 10 clean push-ups than 20+ crappy push-ups.
I definitely recommend buying a weighted vest. I had a limit of about 15. But after using it for a while ive gone up to 20 (unweighted) easy. Plus the resistance forces you to pay more attention to keeping your form tight rather than bang out sloppy ones.
30 push up is my max. On my good day, I could do it without resting. Some day, I rest at around 20 or 25, but not on my knees or elbows, just staying in the planking position for a second or two before continuing.
I started with 25 pushups (clean form) Week 1: 25 Week 2: 32 Week 3: 35 Week 4: 40 Week 5: 45 Week 6: 51 My advice is to rest on the top for a few seconds if you feel like you're almost on your limit.
since i started on calisthenics i always payed attention to nice good form exercises. at my start i was doing about 12-15 reps per set. sometimes that i really challenge myself i can go up to 50 good form push ups and today, after 1 year my sets is about 30 reps in a row. thank u fitnessfaqs, im always with u as my support ✌

I got 59 pushups on the royal marines pushup test and it goes up to 60, i used to earn my meals by doing a set of pushups before lunch and dinner as well as leg raises and sit ups, that helped me get better at these
I've been starting off again after too long of a break, doing 10 sets of 10 reps. But now doing 3 sets of 15, then dropping down to 10 reps until I can't do anymore sets. Trying to do a little bit more each session. Today did 112 in 10 sets.
Do as much as you can in 4 sets until ultimate failure such that your body falls down without you knowing Then after 1-2 min stretching do pushups in an inclined plane until failure And most importantly give one day for us muscles to rest
Im 17, a bit more than a year before I couldnt do a single push up, I was pretty skinny btw. I can do 30 now so I just feel proud of myself, I was always mocked for my skinny body but rn im not that skinny. I put up some muscle and want to grow stronger by the day so I will keep working on that

I started this program at the beginning of the year and today I have reached the 50 total reps in one set, with a decent form. Now I would like to do it with a perfect one. I also noticed that resting on one straight arm and shaking off the other one and vice versa allows doing a few more reps without cheating. Drinking coffee and opening the window also helps.
Barney Stinson how many could you do before you started this program. Please get back to me, thanks!
Barney Stinson thanks! That really helps

LMAO
I used to play mcsg while doing 50 pushups
I used to care about big rep numbers in one set, then realized it was pointless anyway so now I'm just doing modified versions (also with weights added) in order to keep the reps as low as i can (ideally 10-12). A total of 130-150 push-ups done at high load in low rep sets has worked wonders so far in overall muscle development and strength. Endurance will go up slowly as well. At the moment i can do about 60 regular strict form in a row, but i just did that benchmark as a curiosity quite recently.
Boost Freaks Nice! How often do you train pushups? Also do you train pullups as well?
Pushups, once per week (modified to simulate either heavy or light loads). I usually end one push up session with either triceps or biceps sets to tire out the arms completely. After that, upper body is toast for 2-3 days and i have to focus on other exercises. I also do train pull-ups, yes, but not as often since i don't have a pull-up bar at home. But there are many other exercises to do for back/lats in between when i get to do pull up sessions.
Started with 33 reps Max on 10th January.
On 31st Jan, currently at 46 reps.

You have the right mindset

Knee push ups aren't good look on UA-cam how to do push ups if you can't do one
ELMYT 2028 Why isn’t it good? I saw a youtube video where someone was saying to begin from push ups on the knees if you can’t do regular push ups
@@orly7057 Knee push ups and push ups arent the same form and idk its difficult to explain but try to do push ups but instead of youre hands being on the ground put them on a chair or if its too hard try putting youre hands on tma table and after a while you can go down and down until you reach ground search on yt for a better explenation on what to do instead of knee push ups or something
@@orly7057 Look up "Cant perform a single push up? Watch this" there is a somewhat better explenation there
@@orly7057 Don't listen to that person. Knee pushups are great for beginners
I'm officially starting this program. Starting reps : 30, will test and update every month.
How many can you do in a row?
12...
35 or 40
40.. Hey Daniel! do it about pull ups
35
I see myself in the mirror as I do it.. no fast reps, just control tempo
I can do 25 Reps with Good form gonna try this out and Get that 50💪🏾
I am a 14 years old boy and after practicing 2 months now I am able to do 36 perfect push-ups
How to practice?
Like specifically
I had made my self to do 40
push-ups in a row by doing doing these things
1-find a straight wall and try to do 5 push-ups and everyday increase your push-ups every day and when you are able to do 50 wall push-ups then take a stool and start doing push-ups on it and when you are able to do 40 to 50 push-ups then test yourself how many push-ups can you do and try to increase your push-ups every day at least 1 push-ups
It took a little bit for you, when I started I could only do 7. After a week I could do 20. Then a week after that I could do 30
@@tidepods3182 what are you trying to say? That you are better? Congratulations!
I can do 20-22 in 1 set but why stop there. My goal- 75 pushups non-stop. Not gonna giving up now.
