@@Jexus synth youtubers got all together under one roof - Thomann headquarters and got access to ridiculous amount of hardware, they were free to make tests, challenges, learning activities, hardware jams, new social connections between continents, etc. I don't know how Thomann team did this, but this event was one of the best that could happen with YT synth community. I almost sold my boring Moog Subsequent 37 to buy a Moog Matriarch. But now that I have installed these superb sounds by Jexus, I have planned to keep the Moog Subsequent 37 a little longer, ha ha! The Deepmind is a decent synth but I feel like there are so many more interesting choices right now. Argon8, Prologue, Hydrasynth, Kyra, Matriarch, Medusa, Sledge, etc.

Why couldn’t someone make patches like these? Not to discredit Jexus, he’s an immensely talented programmer and songwriter, but if you know a bit about subtractive synths, you can make anything.

I feel you, but his thing is making demos. This is it. He likely doesn't want to teach patch programming because he has a very specific process. What he does may not work the best for others. Part of his process is making the patch demo videos.
There are other UA-camrs that are good at teaching and making tutorials. I don't see what Jexus could do that is any different, there are no secrets when it comes to programming synths. Jexus speciality has always been making amazing demos. English also isn't his first language.

Also, I’m not one that spends all day on the Tube (or WWW for that matter) browsing tutorials. I get by with my programming for some years now. I was only saying that I would pay for his tips. I won't be able to show you my entire process of coming up with a patch or what happens after I come to the conclusion that it's finished (this conclusion often changes). Yes, to me the Pro-3 sounds more beefy and the bass is more powerful, but that does not necessarily mean that it has more low end on the spectrum graph. Contrary to what you've said, I have the impression it's the Sub-37 that sounds thinner & brighter, but that's the good kind of thin - it sits nicely in a context of a song. Pro-3, on the other hand, seems quite invasive in this respect, especially if you give in to the temptation of using more than 1 oscillator.

I have a subsequent 37, but don’t have that many empty spots on it. 256 eats up the entire patch storage space I believe.
