We steam half shell scallop with minced garlic, soy sauce. After 6 min or so take them out, put shredded red pepper scallion on top then pour heated olive oil butter mixture to sizzle it.
Impressive sir, alot different from the videos I see on the east coast and in keys. One of these days I'm going to make way back over to your neck of the woods, keep em coming, I'm enjoying them 😎.
Watching you from Brook recommendation from the Lobster trip. Good job on cooking food looks great, how ever I would have liked to see you Harvest one of them scallops. How difficult is it to get one out/off the rocks?
Thank you for watching! I will definitely try next time. Each one is a little different to be honest, just depends on how wedged into the rocks they are. Usually takes a little prying with the abalone iron.
Nice video!
Stoked. Thanks for the tips
No problem!
Very cool! Looks fun but hard work Bro…

We are out Long Beach/Newport Beach area!
Any chance you can be more specific? I’m new to this and want to try my hand at some fresh scallops out here in Newport.
Thanks
