Taking the time to show us what they look like when cooked is a huge help. Thank you for taking the time to do that. I'm far more likely to do this!
THANK YOU FOR ACTUALLY SHOWING US WHAT THEY COOKED UP LIKE!!! This is a great video!!
You bet! 😊
@@wholefedhomestead I just restarted my live at 36 and I’m living in a RV…. I’m extremely tired, drained and depressed right now and a little lost. I just found your channel and I’ve been binging your videos today. I can’t seem to find the energy to eat well or cook myself anything. Funny because I love to cook. Unfortunately that’s what true depression does to you. I wish I could get my enthusiasm for life back like you seem to have ❤️
I love that you explain the pros and cons of each method. Thanks for this useful video.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for taking the time to show how to keep eggs longer. Now I get more educated about eggs. Appreciate that.Surely I will try out what I see in your video. Bless you.
Thank you for showing cooking after freezing
This was a great video ! I prefer to freeze my eggs in singles so that I can take one egg at a time as a recipe calls. But after seeing this , I’m am going to make a few containers of 12 eggs as that’s how many I use for my breakfast egg bake casserole.
Super helpful video! I love the idea of freezing eggs 🥚🍳

GreatLessonsLearned...Thank You!
Super helpful! I have experimented with freezing eggs several different ways and they didn't turn out well, it felt a waste. I will be using your tips from here on out. Thank you so much! I'll share your video with my community. 🌸 Michele
Thanks for the demonstrations and info on how they will look when thawed! I tossed out a batch of thawed eggs I had previously whisked and frozen, because it just looked weird and I wasn’t sure it was still good 😂 oops!! Now I know, it’s normal and they’ll turn out fine! Thanks!
Glad it was helpful! 😊
Fantastic video! This is my first time having chickens and we're getting 6-8 a day right now but have three more chicks still in the brooder. We lost a fourth one today.😪 I want to freeze some eggs for when they don't lay as much so this video was perfect! I don't think I could do the fried egg lol.
Mind reader!
I was just thinking about this very subject! ❤
Oooooh, I'm going to try this soon! Thanks for sharing!

This is great, love the containers. I freeze eggs for my greyhound, and she will appreciate the winter egg supply. I can use my eggs for myself, but the dogs really love the extra protein daily. In a pinch I have frozen them in the shell for her but always get the same yolk you have shown. I know she doesn't really care💚
Where've you been all my life? I came for the "no peel" (baked) egg salad, checked out your channel, now I'm your newest subscriber!
Welcome! And thanks so much!
wow this was very helpful! Thanks... our chickens are dying so many eggs and we cant eat them fast enough, however I KNOW they'll slow down this winter... I'm doing this and also.. I LOVE all the tips, techniques and how you showed what the results are AFTER freezing either way. Well done!!
Thanks!
Thank you❤️ Getting chickens this spring. There is nothing better than fresh eggs! They are worth hoarding.
Awesome! And they sure are!!
Thanks for this info very helpful ❤
Thank you
Thanks, I needed know
I tried freezing them once and didn't mix them.....that disgusting yoke turned me off big time to freezing them! Lol it was like a rubber ball . I started freeze drying now but maybe I should give this another try.
THANKS FOR THE INFO.. Love it, we're gonna try it,, We just got an extra freezer
Wow! I’m thrilled to do this. I make frittatas often or need just one egg for something else….so this is so helpful. So glad u put this video out here today. I’m subscribed.
Ahna 🐓🐓🐓🐓. 👏👏👏

Very clear instructions, thank you! How long do freshly mixed eggs last in the fridge in your experience? I’ve seen all sorts of advice, but two to three days seems to be the max.
Definitely up to 5 days!
That was very informative and through, thank you so much👏☺️. I have quail eggs that I need to freeze.
Thanks. I have 5dz in the fridge. ill do this TODAY!
Very thorough, easy to follow instructions. ? What is the measurement for 2or4 eggs out of your container of 16 eggs after thawing in frig? Thanks
Thank you for the tips. Wondering if you ever tried separate the white from the yolk and freeze them separately. Would it be any different to fry them?
If you want to keep eggs whole try just oiling the egg after cleaning them. Farm fresh eggs will easily last 6 months and will easily be used as a fresh egg, which it is. The eggs you buy at the store are usually a 6 month old egg.
Won't the oil go rancid? What do you mean 'after cleaning them'? Wash the shell and then oil the shell? Do you refrigerate these oiled eggs?
Thanks for being so thorough (not sure that's spelled right) - anyway you covered all the bases :)
😊😊
The eggs I have to separate keeps breaking & now I have too much egg! Good to know I can freeze them & make scramble later
Eggs 60 count box at Wally Mart here in TN have skyrocketed again from $5.08/Box 4-15-2024 to $13.00/box today, 6-26-2024. They went as high as $27/box in early 2023 and we are headed there again. Thanks BIDENOMICS!
Didn't know he controlled the pricing and ran the store.... wow!
Please tell me how to go about thawing the frozen eggs and how long a container of day 16 eggs last once thawed?
Put them in the refrigerator to thaw for a day or two. Once thawed they keep up to about 5 days.
The reason for not selling or giving away your eggs is that you will be giving away your family's food.
Thank you!!
Thanx 😃👍
How do u thaw them out in the microwave???
I'll be freezing eggs this year, but that's because I don't have a freeze dryer right now. Eventually I will only use it to process my eggs.
How many times can you defrostbrhen16 egg batch and refreeze
I would not thaw and refreeze them.
Where do you get the containers you freeze in?
They are linked in the video description 👍🏻
Some of y chickens egg have como red dotes …. These are ok?
Most of those red (reddish) flakes are just little drops of blood. It's fine.
🤗🥰🤙🏻🤘🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻💪🏻
Do not freeze your eggs whole without mixing them up because the yolk gets very hard and rubbery when you freeze them whole without mixing them up.
