@@danieldickson8591 I'm so happy they are bringing Ultron back, its not as good as Infinity War and Endgame, but the movie is better than the first Avengers and it looks like people have come around to it in recent years. Ultron's personality being influenced by Tony is apparent, and he was a better mirror to Tony than any of his own solo movie villan's. While Spader doesn't look like Stark even when he was younger. And I know Sam Rockwell was the runner up if RDJ hadn't worked out and I think he would have done an excellent job, he could bring a lot of the same energy while making it his own and look the part. But remove the physical look, Spader could have made for an interesting Tony Stark from a pure acting stand point. Take the church scene when he meets the twins. "People make smaller people... Children! Lost the word there" and when Wanda ask if he's come to end the Avengers "I've come to save the world... but also yeah." That last line in particular was either written with James Spader in mind, or he improvised it. The way he says it the way he moves, is quintessential Spader. But he also does have some of Tony's personality.

To inspire loyalty (which, if you've watched the Blacklist, is often not lasting). Nothing can beat his performance, absolutely nothing, words cannot do him just. I can listen to his past stories all day anyday, my best time during the show was listening to him deliver such lines and telling stories that would may at the start sound irrelevant, but actually totally make sense (my favorite one was the cat he lost once). simply, Legendary.

One thing I love about the show is that it portrays characters capable of some real shit, but gives them some properties that make the scene hilarious. Like the blood-fainting fellow. Or the torturer with the oxygen mask and ridiculous/hilarious requirements to do his job. Or Mr. Kaplan, such a nice mature business secretary who recognizes enemy from FBI at a glance at their weapons a kills right away.
