Apparnelty this is around 5km to the darkest night sky is Europe also, in terms of light pollution, not sure if that’s true or not but that’s what I’ve heard! I counted 40 shooting stars last year one summers Eve

Yeah! Most ruins on farms are like that unfortunately, overgrown or have been locked up for decades. I considered bringing a tool with me to get in, a brushcutter or secateurs, but the walk would have been uncomfortable. Much love my friend, Joseph.
Joseph, you have done such a good job explaining the harvest and income stream in numbers and cents. Could you please do that for your olive segment of the farm too? It’ll probably help potential buyers of property to assess the feasibility of maintaining a farm. It appears that the possibilities are limited by the manpower available. That begs the question whether there is any labor available to a farmer.
Absolutely loved the position of the cottage, and would have loved to see the front of the property up close, and a some of the insides to get an idea of how much work is needed to get it up to living standard. PS: I hope Mitzi will soon lose the collar of shame..lol. I used to take them off my dog when I took her for walks as she would be too interested in sniffing around and not interested in her wounds.

Thats a beautiful property, i know you cant quote exact prices, but can you guess a rough idea to renovate that farmhouse , it looks like full rebuild to me, thanks and i hope Mitzi heals well.

As you rightly said I would be guessing here on the quote but I know of similar builds that have been 50k, this one has solid walls though and none of them need rebuilding, just internal and of course a roof.
