Bronx tale was such a great movie. I like the part where the boss asked the kid why you care about the baseball players when they don’t care about you 😊
Right. Great movie. I also like the bar scene with the bikers. When Chaz starts locking the door of bar saying “ I asked youz to leave the bar, now you can’t”. Lol. Anyway something like that. That was awesome. 💪
Luv Chazz....Bronx Tale still one of the most underrated Mob films ever.
I love hearing the same stories over and over. It sticks with me and makes me remember things by heart. I could listen to Michael talk all day. The education is amazing.
@@RamsLakersDodgers I do. I listen to them all and have been since beginning
Lol
There are always a few new details
Education? On what? If the guy was legit he would be dead by now.
He's a rat. Why do you think he's divulging this info in the first place.
I am so happy to have run across this. I’ve loved Chazz for years!
I would love to see a movie with Chazz playing Chin...the resemblance is uncanny
He played Paul Castellano in the Boss of Bosses movie.
@@russel777 thanks mate...gonna have to check it out
Sonny franzese could be played by Jon bernthal
Agreed
I can see it
My favorite Chaz line, Now's you can't leave. Bikers went from trouble making to who did we just piss off 😂
Thank You Guy's For Taking The Time To Make These Videos!! Im Sure Im Not The Only To Enjoy. Much Love To You Both. Have A Wonderful Blessed Day!! 💯💯🙏🙏❤️❤️
Wishing you both and your families a MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR and thank you for all the information.
I learned a lot today, listening to these 2 gentlemen.
Mr. Francese is an inspiration to me, not because he was a powerful connected man.
It's what he's done since. Saw him at City Church in Vancouver. (in person) I became a Christian that day.
May God bless him.
I feel like this line of conversation could be applied to many, frequently displayed professions, in the movies.
Thanks.
So true. Worked as a gealth care Administrator for 38 years. Owners or Board would let you go at the drop of a hat to save some money or hire a family member/ friend.
You both are amazing in your own way obviously. I really respect chazz as an actor and a gentleman. I respect Michael for what he has done with himself over the yrs .Two gentlemen telling great stories .TY.
I love how Palminteri's character introduced himself in 'Analyze this";
"I'm Primo Sedone. They call me Sonny Long. Some of you know me as Mikey Gaga, some of you know me as Joey Boombatz." 🤣
Billy Crystals speech after is brilliant! Sammy the schnoz, Elmer the Fudd 😂

Great Interview Chazz!! You too Michael!!
Yes. Power and money. But sadly , that is how the government and justice system works. The mafia in Sicily came about because there was no justice , in the mainline justice system.. 💔
This was great. Concise and too the point. Great job!
A great sit down Michael with Chazz!!!! Always telling the truth!! God Bless You Both!!❤
Love listening to you guys
I've loved Chaz since seeing A Bronx Tale. Bought th movie! And I have so much respect for Michael!!! Thank you 💛 both!
Great Conversation...Merry Christmas to you guys and your families...
I love that line from Carmella on the Sopranos when she wants the deal from the FBI and Tony says that he took an oath. She says, "What are you, a kid in a treehouse?" Or something to that effect.
Yeah lol, I think it was 🌳 house.
She had some great lines with Tony "what are you doing six years old"?
She was a right hypocrite when it came to fidelity in the marriage. Every season she was trying to jump on someone, then would turn round n razz Tony cos she smells perfume.
Love this ! 🔥🎯
I always enjoy learning as much as possible. This is all very interesting 😊
Great episode. So much of what Michael said was true. Thank you gentlemen for bringing to light so much about what mob life is truly like.
Keep up the amazing work and videos and stories about the mob with all the love God bless everyone 🙏
This is GREAT!
I tell my teenage sons constantly to stop recording themselves doing dumb shit with their boys on the weekends. I’m trying to drill into their heads the importance of the word “allegedly”.
Buon Natale to both of your families, a healthy and Happy New Year too. When I listen to you guys I feel like I'm with my family again from years ago my Uncle's and cousins. Blessings heading your way 🙏🎄
Two great individuals. Chazz and Michael are class acts. Michael's stories underscore the treachery in that life. He turned from it. A commendable act of bravery. He is correct in that LCN destroys families and Italian families are very tight group hard working people. Chazz's on screen performances were always excellent. Being Italian I know these kinds of men as I grew up around them who were very similar in nature and character. I love listening to them because the same people in my family have passed on and there is no one to listen to anymore that I can relate to
I’ve watched a lot of these. There’s nothing glorified about it. A bunch of sociopaths cutting each others throats. A few guys at the top getting rich, a few guys middle class, and the rest scratching for a living.
As a mob historian, I got to talk to a lot of mob relatives about the life. But I learn so much more listening to Michael Franzese, because he tells it like it really is.
Judging from things I’ve read, Buffalino would have been part of the decision to close the books also. Very powerful man
Great episode gentleman. 👍
Why is this so fascinating?
Love both these guys
Happy 2024 New Year to yous . I've been a subscriber to both of your channels for a while. Speaking for myself? I'm glad the both of yours are together and will keep watch for a long time with you guys and your videos . Grazie to the both of yous. I'm originally myself a native born New Yorker from the Bronx. With some family history there in the Bronx. Parkchester Distributors? My late Uncle Rocky and his laundry service back in the 50/60s . Although I haven't been in the city in a good few years? I'm planning to travel back to the city there in the summer . Also to Boston Massachusetts. The Boston North end is another great Italian area . Anyway fellas thank you again for these videos . And Chazz? I'm gonna be buying a couple shirts and items from your store. Happy New Year's Gentlemen. Salute 🥃 🍷🍹
When you hear what Michael says at 10:24 about his father, that just says everything about how much you’re LCN Familia really looks out for you??? What a kick in the balls that is!!!
They do look out for you, but they can't afford hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep an entire family afloat and pay for law fees for every guy who dies or gets pinched
Great Q&A! 🎅🏻🎄👍
Great episode.
Two Classy Guys!
Awesome episode boys
MIKE AND CHAZZ I GREW UP IN BUSHWICK BROOKLYN I REMEMBER FRITZY GIOVANELLI AS A KID GROWING UP HIM AND CARMINE GUALTERIE TAUGHT ME HOW TO RESPECT MY FAMILY MYSELF AND TO BE NICE TO PEOPLE UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU A REASON NOT TO BE NICE TO THEM WHEN THEY WHERE ACCUSED OF THE CRIMES THEY WHERE CHARGED WITH BOTH WHERE TRIED 3 TIMES BUT THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND THE STATE COULD NOT PROVE THERE CASE. THANK YOU MIKE AND CHAZZ MERRY CHRISTMAS HAPPY NEW YEAR TO BOTH OF YOU AND YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY GOD BLESS BOTH OF YOU THANK YOU
Keep up the great work gentlemen. Merry Christmas and God bless ! Paulie from Sydney Australia.
The Mob is like High School mentality.
There is no honor in any criminal organization whatsoever. Maybe in the 1930-1950’s there might of been some honor and respect but once large amounts of money are involved it’s every man for himself basically. People say that back in the day there was more honor and respect in the Mob because people were not cooperating like they did in the 1980’s and on. It wasn’t honor and respect,it was just that prison sentences were not that serious. Back then if you got 10 years you could make parole in 4 and you were home. Even if you got 20 years you were home in 7-8 years. Back when there was parole in the Feds. RICO is what devastated the Mob and now street gangs like the Bloods,Crips,Latin Kings,GD’s and so forth. The sentences became so massive that they were running over one another to cooperate. Nobody wanted to spend the rest of their lives in prison. Gotti or Sammy not any Mobster destroyed the Mob. It was RICO and no more parole and The Bail Reform Act that destroyed the Mob
The way I heard it was Vito Genovese, because Albert Anastasia was selling buttons to to anyone and it also pissed off the other bosses
Thank you for all your informations and cool videos! Wishing you all merry xmas 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Saluti a tutti
Thanks for always taking care of outer perineter rome. And the coptix.
This is a match made in heaven they bring the shyt we wanna hear out of each other.👍🏿
I would absolutely love for an episode where Michael dives in to the life and relationship with Greg scarpa, that guys life is so interesting and I would love to have the insider scoop that Michael may have
Served 23 year In the UK , my daughter said years later , we only wanted you, not the wealth , never a truer saying
I want to hear more!
A sit down with the wise, the wise guy and sammy the bull gravano would be amazing to watch!
I had the pleasure of meeting Chaz and his parents in Boca around 2005. I bought them Lunch! What a gentleman and let me tell you he’s a lot taller than you think! Dave O
Wishing you both and your families a wonderful Christmas.
Nothing beats " The Bronx tale "
The movie itself has so many " street wisdoms " that were and still are applicable today !!!
A little off topic. Please Do a show on the validity of the "Door Test" one of my favorite scenes from as Bronx Tale.😄🥳
A great video
Id love a part 2 of this. Really interesting
Good Morning to The Wise
Yes Chazz that movie that you were in as a boss with the young kid.. That was one of my favorite mob movie Thanks you 😁😎 for that movie Chazz...
Love You Chazz❤Love you Michael ❤
Interesting/informative/entertaining. Viewing different episodes from different syndicate members. Although there were advantages money 💰 prestige/street & political power. Disadvantages lengthy jail sentences/being assassinated & the likes.
Yes
When Ray senior was in the aci in Cranston RI, he had an office, a secretary, and ate as good as if he was still on Federal Hill.
Chazz was really badass in Bronx Tale, an extremely underrated mob movie.
Chazz, you should do a video about Italian opera singers, Renaissance Painters, famous Italian chefs, designers, architects, or writers. That would be interesting.
Lord, I love you gents!
Thank you for everything, all your content, you really are amazing human beings.
May The Lord bless and keep you this Christmas season and beyond. You both make a difference in my life due to perspective, understanding and the willingness to find the ability to want to change. I am dark, my history offers proof I am not a good man. Both your truths and testimonies shines light and gives me hope that I can truly achieve what God has already predestined for my life.
I’m just not good enough for the change of what’s in my heart and what I think I’m supposed to do. I’m not good enough to make the change to step into the calling I may have over my life. But you two gentlemen offer a glimpse of hope for me to do something better.
Thank you and Merry Christmas to both of you and your families.
May God always be with you.
So close to the 1% biker life, which I experienced for 24 years
Who Don't love these 2 Gentlemen .❤❤❤
My great grandpa grew up in Wisconsin when the Irish and Italian mob were operating in that area. He said a very common misconception is that mob guys were always rich and succesful. He claimed there was truth in some cases but only for the real top guys, the majority of the soldiers and mid-level guys were middle or even lower class in terms of wealth.
The second myth is actually true in Italy, and definitely in Naples.
Better than Netflix…
I saw a video somewhere that stated the reason the mob closed the books was some guys were “selling” buttons.
I had a “sit down” with Skinny Fat who was a “Capo” in Farto Family. Flatulence was his game Until he broke wind at the annual Farto Family reunion.
Lucky Luciano lived like a king in jail
67 yrs old & love Mob films & real stories!❤😊
It's not a easy life that's for sure. Probably why I was hidden from that life
Social club???!! He gotta goooo😂
YOUS NEVER SAY NO, I SURE DID NOT…..BIG STORY WITH THAT ONE TOO, BITS A PIECES FOR NOW CAUSE, I’M STILL ON THE BOOKS……SALUTE!! MICHAEL!!! MAY YOU & YOUR FAMIGLIA ENJOY A VERY, MERRY CHRISTMAS MICHAEL😘♥️😎
I worked at the carpenter s union hall on Houston st
I didn't realize the "books" were closed for that long. No one could enter the family..
At about 5.40 Chazz mixed up Totò Riina with Matteo Messina Denaro....the first died some time ago in prison, whilst the latter was caught in his own hometown after nearly 30+ years on the run
Sounds like the old adage….”No honor amongst thieves”
HAVE YOU OR CHAZ SEEN THE MOVIE "OPPENHEIMER" ? WE BOUGHT IT ON DVD, WE LOVE IT!
Yes here in rhode island it was true the mobsters has there own wing
Toto Riina was, in different way, the John Gotti for the sicilian mafia, the way he acted ended the mafia there. Just to say that in italy wasnt normal killing everyone like that and the old capos tried to stop hin but he won the war against them all
Weren't the books closed after the Appalachin incident exposed the commission?
Damn this seems like the same amount of loyalty to any other criminal organization or gang!
❤
Chazz was awesome in poolhall junkies now . a cult classic
The Chin had only three guys close to him
Hey….You”s 2 Paisanos…I’m Diggin da Show ! I’m Italian & Sicilian🦾…Bada Bing Bada Bang🤑
To this day when I have to put the car in reverse and drive a long distance to get out of blocked traffic I say to the person in the car with me: "I'm about to do my Chazz Palminteri impression.
Form what I understand the old country you had to kill to be made, in the USA it was more lenient for instance if a guy was a top earner for the family they might go okay make him and maybe he can make his bones later down the line
Dauphin River First Nation Manitoba Canada 🇨🇦
Chaz fr the chin in a movie
Michael oozes class he’d do well at anything he does just very likeable guy with a business mind
Unions are great. All on side. They ship store and rid
No one ever leant on my club. The reason for this is to protect family life etc.
