When my first son was a baby, this was about the only sound that would put him to sleep. The first band he liked, and I had to tell him later in life.
That is great!
Outstanding band.
Always amazing. I’ve never heard a performance. It wasn’t in the opera salon. Nice job he is a great.
Will all due respect to Lou Reed, Margo & TCJ absolutely OWNED this song!!!
Thank you for the context sir.

She has such a soothing voice and style, and her subtle smiles are so beautiful and shy and sexy and coy and endearing, all at the same time.
Very nice tune,with a sweet feeling😎
Heavenly wine and roses seem to whisper to me when you smile.... this song it what got me hooked on VU and into so much more stuff
I saw the junkies at a small bar in Steamboat Springs somewhere between 85-89, excellent show
Beautiful woman no coloured hair or tatoos and no auto tuner
How do I not know her! She’s gorgeous.
Beautiful song.
Hypnotic !
Johnny Carson was known as the King of Late Night. Part of his success, of course, stemmed from the wide array of musical acts that debuted on the Tonight Show during the many years the program was his. This performance by the Cowboy Junkies was certainly impactful. I've listened to them perform this song for hours on end, on repeat. Sometimes a song hits me like that, where I just can't get enough of it. This is beautiful music.
I love this song I had the CD when it first came out, I came across this youtube clip to it as a you tube generate recommendation I would just like to say how much this guys intro adds another sonic layer to it not disimilar to Reservoir Dogs sound track
Simply perfect! Nuff said.
After my day, but wow, her voice. I'm so in love.
Absolutely beautiful
