I think this helps us to satisfy both sides of our brain. I’ll bet it helps stave off cognitive decline,,, 🥰🥰🥰. And YES, PLEASE a video on making momagami paper.
That journal was awesome! I keep a small journal with ideas I got from other you tube artists or books & magazines. I think the way you keep the journal with a sample is even better, because you have something to go along with the notes. I have drawn some of the ideas, but I still like your way better. Thank you! For sharing your journal it was very inspiring.
I really struggle retaining information due to my health so this is perfect for me THANKYOU so much Francisca . I’m in awe of your work . I’ve just started my mixed media exploration. Xlisa uk x
I love your technique journal! I wonder why I haven't thought of it myself because many times I've done projects and when looking back on them, have forgotten the techniques I used to achieve the outcome. Your technique journal is such a sensible, practical, excellent idea, and once thought of, so obvious! Thank you so much.
I keep this type of a notebook for the classes I take. This is a great idea to start one for my own exploration and discoveries. Thanks so much for all the inspiration. ❤
I loved learning about your process, Francisca. I have started to keep a similar record of techniques I’ve learned and projects I’ve tried. I call it my art recipe book. Yes to the momigami video! Thanks so much. ❤
I love the concept of exploring further and initiating a record to build on your personal ventures.. Thank you for introducing such a wonderful ongoing project. I would be interested in the mamigami cardboard into faux leather.
I use a file box system so I can keep media or techniques grouped. I do the notes and clip them to each piece. I recently got a stash of old file folders out of storage and placed card stock glued onto the expansion area like a book spine (1 in. average) so they could hold things easier without crushing the edges.
I love this idea Francisca. I have so many gelli prints that I love but I can't remember how I got the effects. This is also a great place for me to write down all my ideas so I don't forget them before I try them. Thanks so much for the inspiration!
What a great idea Francesca I have started doing this a little bit in my fragmentsjournal but without the accompanying notes. I can see how I would benefit by adding notes. Thankyou. 😁
Thank you, Francisca. I have enjoyed your teaching on Wanderlust and love your journal idea as a keeper of techniques. I do worry it would take discipline that I sometimes find hard to muster! If you made a video on Momigami, I would start my technique journal with my outcomes!

I definitely need to do this to keep up with my mixed media techniques. Great examples. You are very inspiring.
I just found your channel. Beautiful work. Love your idea for organization and "field" style notes. ❤

I love my Fragments journal. Thank you for sharing your creativity with us!
I work in a similar way to u. I explore ideas through whatever means and use sketchbooks as a journey through my ideas. Thanks for sharing.
Love it ❤
