This recipe is really wonderful for the home cook. Simplicity at it's finest however, being a pro for several years, I'd like to give a tip. The spinach ratio to cream is a little off. There should be more spinach to cream. Everything else is perfect. Watch the sodium amounts and taste often. I've even removed most of the stems but that is a personal preference. Measurements might have been helpful to some. But, Spot-on!

Nice... But you didn't use enough spinach for the amount of cream that you put in... My suggestion is to also add a little bit of cream cheese

Thank you for the video that was very nice! I have a question was that the whole bag of spinach because it didn't look like very much? I would want to use the whole bag would I just put the same ingredients or a little more?

Yikes woman you should NEVER put garlic in a pan before the onion. Saute the onion a few minutes and then add in the garlic. That greatly lessens the chance that the garlic will burn and give your dish an "off" flavor. a la Julia Child many years ago. ☺ l learned that when l was about your age...l'm 80 now.

I like other methods better where you barely wilt the spinach (first & separately by just putting it in a thin layer of hot oil in a pan and lid it a few minutes) & then add it to the creamed onion & garlic & nutmeg mix after that has thickened a bit. That way you are not cooking the heck out of the spinach. But it was nice to learn this other easy method.

And after reading the comments what it seems like to me is the people who are leaving mean comments are mad because they want your spot. "I can do it better" comments are so so annoying. I don't use measuring spoons or cups when cooking, unless it is very specific in order to be a specific consistency or such OR unless I'm baking, because that could be disastrous!
I love how people twist a person's words to suit their own needs or egos.
I never said I could do it better. I said her recipe "does not sound tasty to me". And NO, I do not want anyone's 'spot'!! I have my own and it's not online!!

Hating and making suggestions are two different things, I personally dont hate anyone, especially someone I dont know, I had no problem with the recipe or her, ftm, but when Ii made a simple suggestion everyone took it to another level, it wasn't a personal attack, it was a simple REQUEST she even thanked someone for having her back on the matter. The polite thing to do was to just say a simple "thank you! or whatever to me...js
