When I am sad, I watch Traveling Robert and it makes me feel better; I start planning my travels and focusing on my purchasing my RV- I want to thank you Robert for this wonderful content!
I never get tired of watching your videos. It's like potato chips, one is never enough. Mas mas mas.
Your theme song has gotten stuck in my head. Now I have my husband singing it all the time too 🤣🤣🤣
My boys sing it! 🤣
That's what I like about you Robert. Your not afraid of an adventure. Arizona is much more than I thought. It's breathtaking. 🏜🌄
Beautiful scenery and video. Enjoyed the virtual ride. Oh how I want to go see those beautiful rock formations. Tc and safe travels. ,🙏
Another great video of AZ...Payson is where my sister had a RV parking site..she lives in Phx...they went to Payson to cool off....
I was in Ajo, AZ on a job in the mid 90’s and it snowed about 6”. Although this Oakie has seen snow, that was a sight to behold. Snow on the sugaro cacti was a once in a lifetime experience.
Happy midsummer from Sweden. I will watch this later. looks like another great episode.
Love the Beeline Highway from Payson to Phoenix! Especially when the Saquaros make their appearance! Heartbroken to see so much of it burnt last summer. Great show, as always. Thank you!
Wow oh wow! There is a reason why I keep coming back to watch your videos. You show me places that I wouldn't never even think about visiting. I've been to Arizona numerous times but I have never ventured out to the eastern section of the state. This video showed me some awesome sites to visit which will be on my bucket list for next year!
This is a great video!!! Show Low looks like a nice place! Beautiful windmills and a gorgeous blue bird! And of course the mountains /desert. ❤️😍 Thank You Robert so much & I received my music cds today 😃😃😃 Can’t wait to play them in the car! Because I’m Free 🇺🇸
Thank you Robert for wonderfully showcasing my hometown of Globe, Arizona and the town where I raised since in Show Low. Hope you can make Pelicamp West out here. The summers are wonderful. This was a great video and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
As always, a very well informative and well produced video. Thank You Robert!
#125 Good morning, Robert. This was very enjoyable video! I was there a few years back and I will be there again. So much fascinating Geology.
Awesome , beautiful area of the country , Thanks Robert
....getting smarter every day Robert! Build you own low-cost, low taxes, home-base network. What a relief it is!
So wonderful Robert has shown one of my Favorite Drives to the Eastern I-40/Route 66.
Loved every bit of the video. Thank you for the great entertainment you provide for us. Take care and have fun🤣😝😜
Excellent video for Sunday morning, beautiful road trip, thanks Robert
Hello Traveling Robert😊😊🎸🎸🎵🎵, I have also traveled the scenic areas of northern Arizona and was very surprised of what a saw driving through the Salt River Canyon. Such a SPECTACULAR drive as it seemed that I was driving through a smaller version of the Grand Canyon stopping several times through Canyon, it was quite the pleasant surprise. The beautiful drive on the way to Salt River is called the Superstition Mountains. North of the canyon was a beautiful drive also through Sho Low and those juniper and ponderosa pines. I really enjoyed this video, especially seeing the Salt River Canyon again. Great job Robert! I'm looking forward to what's next driving to the east. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍!
Another really great episode, I didn’t realize it got so brrrrrr cold up in Arizona’s high desert. I’m looking forward to next week’s Superstition Mountains episode. Thanks again, Robert!
I live on the White Mountains, we got 16 inches of snow this past winter. We also have a ski resort
I love the joy you have smashing a frozen puddle. Reminds me of my boys!!
Really cannot wait til you make Pelicamp West in Arizona and I know lots and lots of your subscribers feel the same way:) good video as always Robert💯
And yet another great episode……..Thank you Robert for showing us how beautiful Arizona is……
Les and Heidi
Las Vegas, NV.
I love it when you slow down and spend a lot of time in one area.
My husband and I just discovered your videos on Firestick. We are binge watching your 2019 videos across this magnificent country we live in. Just retired in May and these videos sure give me a serious case of wanderlust!
Very beautiful video sir salute for you to view and trip on Arizona west yiiiii haaaa!!!😍🌵
Thanks Robert you always make my Sundays, and your live chats fridays.
I love this show! I always enjoy your cooking segments, too.
Love your RV Cooking Show. I have always been intrigued of the idea of making a meal no matter where you are at anytime in your RV, thanks for the show Robert!!
Thanks Robert for the nice video about Arizona, one of my favored places to travel. Have a nice trip.
Very remote area but beautiful rugged territory. A little too cold for this fellow Floridian. Thank you for sharing!
I was in Homestead on Jan 19th 1977 and remember the snow. I tell everyone that is has snowed in Miami area, but it was a long time ago. So funny that you mention that in this episode. Hope to see you on the road. Cheers
Hello Robert. Greetings from Lodi, NJ! Caught your youtube on driving up to Show Low, AZ. We will be traveling in that area in mid-Sept. and my itinerary will be heading back into the Phoenix area - from Show Low/thru Payson to our hotel. Love the views and glad I decided on this route back. Keep up the great videos and beef stew too! Safe Travels!
Hi Robert, thanks a lot for sharing yet another superb video here which I thoroughly enjoyed watching as always when coming from you.Captivating views, great comment and superb musical score as usual .You sure made my day again here buddy.Best wishes and cordial greetings from William in Bruges,Belgium,Europe
I was caught in a early October snowfall in my camper last year, loved it. Fun to try out the heater and see how the camper held up to the cold temps ... comfort, water system etc. Came out all right, enjoyed the snow cover
Viví en Arizona por 1 año, me encantó, conocí muchos lugares hermosos , este video me hace recordar y me siento feliz, gracias por compartir, Dios lo bendiga hermano.
Robert, you are always welcome in my home state of Arizona. Come back often.
I’m riding in my RV. I’m free. Love your videos. Natural stress reliever.
Another nice video Robert, keep it up!
I know, I don't do snow, but now living in upstate New York, I am much more used to it. I'm now in the Great North West, where there is a heatwave. Now, I'm wishing for the snow...lol...thanks for another good show, and stew preparation was very interesting, I didn't ever do the separate ingredients, in two pots, but now I might, It sure looked good. Thanks again!
Ohhh Pelicamp West. Already loving the name!
Fun to see your reaction to the frozen mud puddle. It was really cool to see my daily drive to and from work in your video. That windmill greets me home everyday. Hopefully next year we can meet up again and will try to setup a guest rv site on the Homested this August. Happy trails.
I got to see places through your video lens that I have never seen before, except for Sedona where I went to play golf with friends back in the mid-90s. Wonderful travel log Robert, fun to watch, and thanks for providing information about locations I would like to visit someday. I see you have a new tow vehicle, actually, your little Kia did pretty well for its age and small powerplant. But, I agree that an upgrade was in order and if you decide to get a bigger travel trailer, you are already good. I spent all evening watching your videos, time well spent!
Rob's vlog is always the best of the best.
Great video, Robert!! Been across Salt River Canyon, thru Show Low, Payson, and points east on US 60 numerous times. Your video brought back so many great memories. Many people are surprised that Arizona isn't all like Phoenix/Tucson; they really do have places that get lots of snow and cold weather (Flagstaff, Show Low, Pine Top, Springerville, Alpine, Prescott, etc.). We drove up from Phoenix through Payson one winter headed back to Socorro NM and had to stay overnight in Show Low because they had a foot and half of snow and it was still snowing. That was in March. You got lucky, Robert!
Hi Robert, I like the view from the camera on the trailer, nice to watch the world go by.
Mike
BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!
Thank you for the cooking segment 👍🏻 “Robert the Galloping Gourmet”. I always play the air drum brushes during this part.
Robert ,I love nature and travel , thank you so much for the great episodes , everyday after a hard working day , watching your videos is really relaxing and enjoyful , i got hooked to it now.
Like so many others videos from you, this video is a true inspiration, thank you!!!!
Another great episode Robert. Love that area of AZ.
Wonderful video again. Well you remembered your 'hiking shoes', but no snow cleats?? LOL Continue to have fun, but be safe, my friend.
Don't worry, I'll watch the rest. I saw 2/3rds of it already-It's really good!🌄⛄❄
Thanks for sharing dear friend 👋🤗 Have a wonderful day. God bless you 🥰🙏🍀💕
Traveling Robert, my 14-year-old was watching your channel and now I’m addicted. Something about “Driving To The West, into the sunset...” that song is worth a million $ because it’s in my head. Awesome channel. We live in Arizona but we are in Couer d’Alene now. You must come up here for a video.
Loved the video showcasing my home state of Arizona! Very familiar with northern Arizona, love the Mogollon Rim area. You are correct about the diversity of Arizona, just pick your elevation for what you’re looking for👍
Hey Robert, we were just in Arizona last week on a good old fashioned family vacation. We drove our motorhome from Missouri to. Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, meteor crater, Painted desert and many small stops on the way. So much fun and what an enjoyable time on the road. The Meteor crater RV park was the nicest and cleanest park we stated at. I reccomend it to anyone in that area. Happy Trails Robert!
HVAC Zach
Hey Robert….anytime you have something frozen to the ground like your levelers were….especially being plastic….just put water on them and that will break them free. Here in Ohio, that’s what I do.
Enjoy the videos….
Take care and be safe in all your travels.
I was like 'hot water!" Lol
Thank you for your videos... I'm sure I will be whistling your theme song when I drive to AZ and NV next week.
RV cooking show? Nahhhh... I'll leave that to somebody else. Our dog run away every time I cook food. hahaha.
Wow! Just amazing.
Beautiful thank you so much loved it..
Interesting w loads of content and something to learn. Places I’m going to visit this year for sure.
I live in Pinetop...the best time to be up here is Spring/Summer/Monsoon. The storms are amazing and temperatures are perfect. And it gets so so sooooo green. When you do finally spend some time up here, you should go on the reservations. The White Mountains is known for the most lakes in one area in, I believe, all of the US.
Great video safe travels.
Excellent video. Arizona is a very beautiful state. Congrats, keep safe and I see you on the road. Love MOM🖐💕🍀🌎💯
Arizona Ice. There's a great name for your signature brand IPA, Robert- lol!
Glad you got there in Feb. Because of four major wildfires several of our national forests are closed to visitors until we can get the fire danger down. Pray for monsoon
I drove the route up from the Salt River Canyon and it’s scary as hell driving right on the edge of the abyss. I can’t believe you drove this with a camper in tow; my respect.
That was a cool campground by the lake! Regular showers are optional while camping 😀
Sounding like I am just parroting everyone Captain Pelican, but this was one of your best. Again I have to say I am interested in the little details so saying how many times you shower or use your water, was to me a very valuable detail. Can not wait for next weeks video!
I was born in Show Low, in 1973, in Navapache Hospital. Back then, the hospital was in Show Low. Now, I think it is in Lakeside-Pinetop. Although I don't live anywhere near Show Low, or even in Arizona, for that matter, I still consider this town to be one of my favorite places in my memory.
Safe Travels Rob!
there is no propaganda in these videos - another great reason to turn of hollywood and stay with Robert
I found your channel last week and now i visit it every day :-) I love your Arizona vids, because visiting this area in a vew weeks early april. I love your RV. I am traveling with my old VW vanagon, hopefully in US in future :-) Btw: 21F is -3C, few degrees below freezing point. Greets from germany
Thank You, so much for sharing!
I enjoyed your Venture I loved it what are these days I'll go see or to Arizona again I've only driven to their never stopped but I'll just someday so stay safe out there and happy travels and stay warm
Hey Robert, going north in Arizona in the winter is always going to be cold as heck.
If you had continued east from Miami/Globe towards New Mexico, you will find Eastern Arizona is much like the high plane country in America.
Eastern Arizona is where you will see miles and miles of corn and cotton fields. It's very flat, and a great ride.
You will see a lot of small towns like Safford, and Wilcox, and more. The mountains you will pass are Mount Graham (tallest mountain in Arizona), lots of Indian Reservations, and turn south to the Chiricahua National Monument mountains, (where Geronimo hid out). From there, you can continue east to New Mexico, or turn south to Wilcox, Benson (they have a new cavern they discovered in Benson) and then to Tucson.
I spent my teen years working on farms all over this area.
Very lonely time working those cotton fields in the fall from 6am to 6pm, but everyday, the world amazed me with the natural world of animals, nature and vegetation.
Here's link so you can see some a bit of my creative background.
Although, most of my professional background is the corporate world, I never left my love for music and art.
You my friend are a perfect example of enjoying nature. and music.

Very enjoyable
im in payson...the drive from apache jct on hwy 87 is absolutely breathtaking...all the flatlanders head to payson in the summer to camp since its only an hour from the valley...we are the center of the state with beautiful homes, a small airport and hiking galore...did i mention we only get snow twice a year? lol
Another incredible installment of a great adventure! Thanks for sharing! 21 degrees? 🥶 🤙
Need to finally visit this state. What an interesting place. ❤
Two major fires were burning near Globe this month; living in/near a National Forest can be both wonderful and scary. The drive on 260 into Payson was amazing; the drive down into the Phoenix area is also great. Was planning to retire in Payson but once I got closer to leaving work, the home prices skyrocketed so going to stay in Columbus, Ohio for now; at least we don't have a water shortage or forest fires.
Enjoyed your video and will follow you more often 😀.
I enjoy your show and set up
Canada
Excellent video. Arizona is a very beautiful state. Congrats, keep safe and see you on the road. Love MOM...>>>
Yeah it’s Robert day aka Sunday!! Commenting first now on to watching the video.
Thanxx for an Awesome video ⭐🌼⭐🌼⭐🌼
Show Low Bluff hiking area is very pretty in summer.
That is beautiful country. We stayed in Pinetop a few years back.
First time watching this channel. The title caught my eye. My ex 😠 lives in Show Lo. No comment. Robert pack you some tall rubber outdoor boots to wear during winter months or in boggy muddy areas. Keeping your little RV mud free would make it worthwhile. 👍
Thanks Robert, great video as always..Greetings from Russia
My wife loves when I say, " I'm just going to stop here for a nice IPA" in Roberts voice of course
If you ever get up that way again try out Fools Hollow Lake campground. Picniced there a couple weeks ago looks like a very nice place for RV camping.
Almost 200k subs! Been here since 40k subs 👍
GRACIAS ROBERT MUY BONITOS LOS PAISAJES Y TODO POR ALLI EN ARIZONA
We used to go to fools hollow in show low every chance we could when I lived in Peoria Arizona, I would always rent two spaces so nobody would be next to me lol
You can clean your water bottles out with soap, water, and a tablespoon of uncooked rice‼️ The rice acts as a scrub brush‼️😍
whats up love this trip like always
My husband and I watch your videos every Sunday. We enjoy them. We will say though, this episode seemed to have more commercials than usual. Maybe not. Anyway, we currently live in Albuquerque, NM. Take care!
