In the beginning I was a mess. It’s been 5 months. Your videos have helped and I have learned so much. I learned after the breakup that the guy I was with was a narcissist. No matter what you do won’t help this situation. I have totally new activities now that I never thought of taking up. I am going to watch this video and it’ll be my last video. I have completely healed and my soul tie with him was finally cut. I am thankful for everyone for giving me the knowledge I lacked. I see myself as a ALPHA FEMALE with feminine energy. I love myself and quite honestly. I got through with faith, praying to God. I love being single and celebrate, continuously working on myself.

Been 3 months since the break up. 2 months since I pushed her away with everything you caution against doing. I've been hitting the gym, mountain biking on average 90 miles a month. I've journaled for 2 months straight. I'm currently getting my career in a better place.
I started this journey by seeking out how to get her back, found myself instead. If she comes back (a big maybe) I may consider it, but I'm not focusing on that anymore, I've been falling in love with the process instead.

Im actually doing good 👍. I miss her a lot but I won't reach out until she does. It's weird because I want her to contact me to see that she still cares or something but It's about to be 3 months and if she tries to get back together today I will have to say no because I still want to improve myself. I'm like 2 weeks away from buying my first ever car, and getting my license, I'm also learning the piano 🎹 I'm getting decent at it😄 And of course I've been on the fit grind 💪. I feel like all of this is going to turn me into the man I always wanted to be. My breakup happened 1 week before quarantine so I just imagined if we would've stayed together i feel like our relationship could've ended bad. To anybody who's having a tough time try thinking about it like this "it may be a blessing in disguise".

I let our 13 year anniversary pass a few days ago but am struggling on her fathers 8 year anniversary of his death. She knows that I am thinking of him and her and I don’t need to reach out. I've been there.... I was in a LDR for a year.... We didn't meet yet. Last year September she broke up. It hurt a lot. After 5 months she came back but this time I spoilt everything because I didn't work on myself... So she left again and it's been 2 months since breakup. I'm in no contact but I doubt she will come again. But may God help u. I think the best is to just work on yourself and I know you've heard this a lot. Unless either of u have a plan to see each other or have a plan for a future, you guys will keep breaking up, suffering, then coming back to live the same again.... So be positive and when he does come, be prepared and worked on yourself to avoid misunderstanding or lack of communication again. Good luck. Into NC 35 days. I got kayak, so i have tan, was fit and i even feel better now, and yes i started to work as a volunteer at the food bank. And i feel better even though i miss my e so much.. we were togehter almost 7 yrs.. and attraction failed.. in general relationship (ldr) was good, interestinf, fun ,even distance was not issue, but attraction failed and i was dumped 35 days ago.. took if seriously didnt beg, and immediatly started NC....lets see.. i just feel heart broken in general.. and i miss ex so much...

For me is been 3 years my partner walk away from me after coming from Paris France for two weeks . One day he when to work and never came back . No closure at all and leaved all his belongings and never pick up and also block me from social media . Is been hard to let go .
I think He left me because he was irritated and bored but he never gave a reason why he broke up With me...and he made me specifically clear that even if i die.. Don't ever come back.. is there any chance of getting him back?
My ex like my photos while she with someone else aka rebound, but still watches my stories since the beginning of the breakup. Talked to me before she enter the rebound i never reached out. I was with her for 18 months. After 2 months she rebound and looks bad she gain weight and is unhappy. I prayed for her when she did me wrong.

NEED AN HONEST OPINION HERE! PLEASE! Because I feel stupid now.
A month ago my ex dumped me. I took it with dignity, said what I had and we parted. We didn't fight, cheat or anything .. but I'm the kind of person who would stay okay with that person. To be clear, I DON'T WANT HIM BACK, I'm just not used to losing someone completely when there's no reason. Another reason that I wanted to stay okay with him was because we met in military, I lived trough some one-in-a-lifetime moments with him and he was so special to me. As a person, not as a boyfriend only.
During no contact I unfollowed and deleted him from instagram because it was hurting me seeing him and it was my way of getting over him. Yesterday I saw he took down all his likes on my photos so I texted him u.u I told him why I unfollowed and deleted him, that it was my way of coping with break up and that I didn't do that because I have anything against him (I didin't want him to think I did if out of revenge or anything). Also, I told him everything that hurt me during break up (I was already at the bad place, lost my job etc...) and I asked him if I did anything wrong to him or it's just that he usually stays in bad relationship with his ex gilrfriends.
He, of course, ignored me.
And that's why I feel stupid for even explaining myself. But I had to get that burden off of my chest and if I didn't send it I'd probably be like "Maybe I should've sent him" today...

I felt like I should have ignored it because he was just poking around if I'm still there. He's reached out thrice but I'm doing full NC to recover and just get past everything. Split 1mo the ago 20yr relationship, basically worked on myself since then lost over 2stone &a past course for new job overseas, we still communicate due to house &o my 2boys, when we meet other day about these things as she offered to meet up my mate said big boy pants nick 007 not 001 the old. Nick would talk on phone rather then meet up, she asked me about new job &a other things so I answered I also asked her how's she is but never come across as omg talk to me 😂, but we da have a laugh about things then we parted said goodbye to each other, so I will continue no contact, I must be honest I still have feelings for her but also these things iv done to move on have really worked & I'll continue to do so, when she was talking I did think blimey how am I going to work at also 300ft up so my mind is on other things 😂
I don't know man, but not reaching out to them when they lose someone is kinda cold.This makes you no different from them. My advice here is to send a text message and ask them to call you when they can.If they call, fine. If they don't, well you already texted.
Showing them that you're still a source of emotional comfort and that they can use you for just that, and then once they're better go back into enjoying their life without you defeats the purpose of showing them the consequences of dumping you. I wonder if your ex reached out for holidays, birthdays, new years, and if they would reach out if you had a family member die. At the end of the day you must do what you feel is right & what is healthy for you.
My ex’s ex reached out and left a voicemail on his phone when his grandfather died. He basically shamed her in front of me for doing so. So do not reach out.

I need your advice because for 3 weeks now. I have been apart with my girl friend. She has practically blocked me in all social media networks. I tried using another number and she end the call and block that too. I tried meeting her in person she was smiling like nothing was wrong and talk to me well. When I meet her in school she looks at me unconsciously and some accidental touch from her even when she ask me to stay far from her but still come close to me sometimes and still won't unblock or talk to me on the phone. Am so confused with her behaviour. Finally I send a friend to meet up and talk to her on my behalf but he came back saying she said she is not interested in me anymore.
