I’m going to try out a variation of these shades, but def this technique to apply eyeliner. Will probably use a gunmetal grey shade instead of black, with taupe & grey shadows. Excellent tips. Cant wait for the winged liner tutorial!

My eyes have some darkness in the corners. I have olive skin. Would appreciate your expertise in what makeup would be best for me at 76 yes old.
I've been doing that technique with a small brush for years, because I can't draw an even line on my eyes to save my life. It evens out the line. Except the brush I use is getting old so I was looking for a replacement. I am going to check out the BK one 😊.

Hello Molly and thanks for the great tips! Want to mention that it is difficult to see the work you are doing to the eye as you are doing the work at the lowest third of the screen which is the same place the closed captions show. Please aim for the middle. Cheers!
I've found being selective in how I do my mascara also helps lift my outer eye. I don't chase those eyelashes that end up making my outer eye look more downturned.
I have at least half a dozen flesh-toned eye pencils (all price ranges) and none of them stay on my lower waterline more than a few minutes. It’s so frustrating.
The Mario liner is really great for this is the waterline. It really stays. I do recommend warming it up a bit before applying because it's a more stiff formula.
This is the pencil sharpener that comes free with the Pat McGrath eyeliners and it's the best I have ever used! I also like the Nars double sharpener, but the PM is so, so good! Such a nice surprise when I first bought the liner.
Hi Dawn! Is it with every sharpener? Are the pencils new (ish)? I find that fresher pencils always sharpen best for me (which is a pain for the $$ ones) and my all-time favorite sharpener now is the "free" one that comes with the Pat McGrath.

I can never get my pencil liners that sharp. 🤔 I have the Urban Decay sharpener.
