Hi, I've only been doing Deborah's fantastic exercises for 3 week, and something truly amazing has occurred. I'm 71, and have already noticed an improvement in the expected areas, but also I have seen a reduction in a thread vein I have on my left cheek. It's truly up to you - for best results, we recommend repeating the exercises on each eye 3 times, but if you're new to facial exercise, you may wish to start with 1-2 times each eye per day to get used to the routine 🌸

Gua Sha is an ancient, natural healing technique that’s been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine. This form of stimulating massage involves gently moving a feel-good stone (this one is Rose Quartz) across the skin for a smoothing and firming result.
The main aims of Gua Sha are to release tension, detox the lymphatic system, improve puffiness and blood flow to the skin, tone and firm facial muscles, promote collagen production, and wake up your complexion by improving energy flow, lymphatic drainage, skin elasticity and blood circulation.
This results in a refreshed, more toned complexion with a more defined bone structure!🥳

We find that these exercises help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles when done consistently for a minimum of 4 weeks.
We also find that the exercises are easier to do with a facial oil and your fingers or a gua sha.
