- Hey Everyone.
Today we are working on the E30 and our goal is to prep the car for winter. This car is at a major handicap when compared to the Audi's but I think we can still set it up for success. I've managed to find some wheels locally that I think we can fix up and get working with some new winter tires. Along with that I have a couple other fixes that we can do to give this car a fighting chance in the snow!
Thank you for watching, consider liking and subscribing for more.
i love the way you make content, simple, normal, not crazy, no horrble experience parts that nobody can afford, the Simplist make your content have a lot of value
Your crack about stealing the scraper from the other cars every morning hit me right in the feels. Real life right there...
It's so true! I've had to do it so many times haha
$200 for those wheels in that condition was a steal! They look great!
Nothing like waking up and having a hunterdirection video at the top of ur feed, and immediately clicking on it. Another great one
Hey I really appreciate your support! It's awesome to hear you are enjoying the episodes that much!
Watching as I get ready to daily my e30 through the Colorado winter😆
Hell yeah! That sounds like it will be a blast!
Good result 💪
Period correct is always best. Love it!
I agree! Thank you for the support!
I have a MK 1 TT and two E30, so of course I love watching his videos . The funny thing is years ago I was given a set of these exact wheels (15X7) in Audi bolt pattern .
I will have to check if they will actually fit ( ET ) the TT as winter wheels . I previously had them on an old Mercedes 300D , same bolt pattern as Audi ( and old VW bus ).
Love the end result, it always amaze me that something so simple can make the car look so nice. love the content. For Those kind of wheels here in California they want $1000 - $1500. Great Find and can't wait for more E30 content.
Love the quality of these vids 👌🔥
Hey thank you! I am glad to hear you are enjoying them!
he did a different montage than everybody else
I bought an E30 a month ago. It sits on 23 year old tires...
New ones are ordered, but it takes forever since the shop is so busy this time of year.
Unfortunately I won't be driving my car during winter because of the insane amount of road salt.
Imo the allen head bolts look waay better than the PH ones that you were going to use. Awesome video as usual!
I agree! I think I'm going to keep these ones on! The look is growing on me alot
I Would drive the wheels without the center caps. Adds a bit of Rallye Style imo
A rally E30 build🤔 that sounds awesome!
Did you record any of this with vintage lenses or a Helios 44-2? it looks cool.
You have know idea how happy I am you recognized that😆😆 yes! I actually shoot these with a couple vintage lenses. That's one of my favorites
Good vid Hunter
Hey thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
I'm completely out of ideas as my E30 needs lots of parts but still runs as a butterfly... What's going to happen to the spokes rims? Kidna need something similar
Great video buddy. Your content and presentation goes from strength to strength! What a great bargain set of wheels!
Hey thank you Andy! I am quite happy with how they turned out! Thank you!
Hi mate when you done the st sway bar on the e30 did it come with the blue reinforcement brackets or did you buy them separately Thanks
The ST bar came with it's own mounts that replicate the oem ones. The blue ones were reinforced ones that I picked up from turner motorsports.
Oh the glory days when the goal was to engineer a car to allow for easy maintenance and last a lifetime with proper care. On to present day where the goal is planned obsolescence.
I completely agree. There is something incredibly cool about designs that are thought out that much!
for some reason youtube unsubscribed me from you. there may be more people who have this happen to them.
Man that's super strange. I'm sorry you went through that issue but I'm glad you're back!
@@HunterDirection of course I'm back. Your videos are great! I like your production style and I have an E30 as well so I can say I could apply them to my own car.
