    I’ve been doing your workouts most days except Sunday’s for about a month now and I have noticed such a change in my energy levels and flexibility.
    I’ve been doing yoga on and off for years but I can honestly say your type of workout suits me much better, it meshes well with walking and the aqua jogging I’ve been doing for a couple years now.I’ve just turned 60 and I’m 30 kgs overweight but I find the different workouts you offer so accessible and I love the progressions that you incorporate. I’ve been doing your level 3 workouts and love the 30 minutes videos. I do them before work and it sets me up for the day and gives me more energy at work. I can often listen to podcasts and just watch what you’re doing but I do especially love your themed music workouts - so thank you for them and all you put up for us.

    Loved this one! I liked going back and forth between cardio and strength and the fact that you wrote/showed the next move so I could choose which weight to use with each strength-training exercise.

    Thanks so much. I’ve been up since 5 am it’s later evening I worked all day, and am in my mid 50s and am TIRED today but want to stay on track with my workouts so I did this one. Nice and short and I could handle it today. Used 8lb weights. Doable but challenging for me.
    Thanks for offering workouts to keep me on track when I’m tired and short on time and just want to go to bed! Fun too.
    Will do again for sure when I am short in time and want to get some quality movement in and not fall off my fitness track! Thanks again! 👋🇨🇦🥰💕🏃🏼‍♀️💪💕

    A new favorite! I only used 3lb wts, but I'll use 5lb wts for some moves next time. 20 minutes is the perfect length of time for after work, at least for me. More like this please! Thank you.

    ...whew...I agree with you on that! This was a good one!
    I'm settling in for my own version of "Hurricane Party" and Mother Nature is already making my morning walkabout impossible. For now, just rain, but I'm beginning to batten down the hatches, in preparation for whatever part of Hurricane Milton that we're going to get here in Central Florida. I'll continue my indoor workouts...as long as the power stays on!

    What size weight do you use for the hammer curls?

      It depends. Some days 12, other days 15 lbs. Depends on how many reps and sets I do.
