I’ve been doing your workouts most days except Sunday’s for about a month now and I have noticed such a change in my energy levels and flexibility. I’ve been doing yoga on and off for years but I can honestly say your type of workout suits me much better, it meshes well with walking and the aqua jogging I’ve been doing for a couple years now.I’ve just turned 60 and I’m 30 kgs overweight but I find the different workouts you offer so accessible and I love the progressions that you incorporate. I’ve been doing your level 3 workouts and love the 30 minutes videos. I do them before work and it sets me up for the day and gives me more energy at work. I can often listen to podcasts and just watch what you’re doing but I do especially love your themed music workouts - so thank you for them and all you put up for us.

Nice and short and I could handle it today. Used 8lb weights. Doable but challenging for me. Thanks for offering workouts to keep me on track when I’m tired and short on time and just want to go to bed! Fun too. I can’t remember now, but I usually use a range of 5-20 lbs in my videos. I don’t usually say what weight I am using simply because I want people to use the weight that feels right for them. The goal is to lift the weight that feels challenging for you, but still allows you to use good form.
