    Minute 16:18 according to the Odometer 395Km and we have 1% battery left, or what is the same 51.06 if we had 0% battery. Assuming that in the M3 HL SR we have 57.5 Kwh net of battery (not counting the BMS) we should have an additional 45.69km equivalent to the remaining 5.9Kwh.
    Therefore 395km+45.69km = 449.69 theoretical km

    Nice to know and great information from you , thanks for that. I agree with you, a lot of tests on UA-cam is in almoust one stretch. What is not reality for many people including me. I ordered SR model 3 and still waiting for it. Nothing extra on the Car, what means with 18 inch wheels. So im happy to see that you can make 400km with 19 inch wheels👌🏽😁

    The battery is 60 kWh. What you see in the charging screen is the kWh that went into the battery AND the kWh used by other instruments. Don’t forget, you saw the car preconditioning while charging, that alone takes about 1% every 5 minutes of preconditioning.

    I have driven a week on my M3 (same spec as yours) now in Finnish winter and my range in these conditions seems to be sowhere around 300-320km. It has been between -14 to -5 celsius here and a lot of snow and ice to add extra resistance.

    • @raropsp
      @raropsp 4 місяці тому

      around 300-320km but what was the average speed? have you tested on a highway, in cold weather, with 130-140km/h ?

    • @stene123
      @stene123 3 місяці тому +1

      @@raropsp That was just with mix rides without much highway. Probably mostly driving around 60-80km/h. Nothing too scientific :) Now that tempature is milder (above zero) it seem to give close to 400km of range, which has included some highway driving too.

    It showed 62 kwh charged cause you lose electricity when charging. The slower you charge, the more you lose. With a granny charger i read that you can lose up to 18% even. But as a general rule they say you lose about 10% when charging.

    Anyone else here waiting for the Juniper? I'm in Spain and hope it gets released in EU this year. We all heard that it won't be released in US this year 2024. I would get a M3, but only if it came with the CATL LFP C4 or the new Panasonic batteries as was initially speculated. It makes no sense to buy Highland with old battery tech that will be 20% less performance.. Just my opinion..

    You use more from charger than what goes into Battery. The is cooling, fans, losses etc.

      @europeinatesla  4 місяці тому +1

      Hi! Thank you for your question - you can check out my other videos where I drive from the Algarve to Porto - you’re unlikely gonna make it all the way from Lisbon to Porto on one charge, you’ll probably have to make 1 short stop in Fatima or Mealhada

    Usable capacity is 57.5 kwh. This means you get 500 km if you drive 11.5 kwh per 100km. My highland reaches 13.5-15kwh per 100 with highway use. City driving reaches 11 kwh per 100
