For longevity something that helped me in the long-term is doing a social or super fun sport such as tennis or dancing (that I do not associate with health) as fitness eventually burned me out when I did it every day. Now years later I go to the gym 2-3x and fill up other days with fun hikes and social sports!
That sounds nice. There is so much fun activities to do. And Yeah, I agree. I also had a time I worked out every single day and was super strict and it also burned me out. But now as cliché as it sounds balance really is the key to everything.😃 then the journey and life in general brings joy.
200gram is great. I can't even lose a single gram because of weightloss plateau. I'm 57.5kg and I'm 157cm. But I want to stay consistent. Your video give me inspiration and hope ❤
I believe you can do it and in completely healthy way! I would say consistency and patience (what sometimes is really hard but not impossible 🤭). And I am SO happy to hear that my video gave you inspiration! Keep going, girl!❤
200 grams is actually a healthy and steady way to lose weight rather than losing 2 kg a week which is very restrictive & not healthy. Keep going, this is a health investment 👏🏼
Helloo 👋 I love your video. I've lost 30kg over the last few years. For the last 10kg it was the hardest so I started counting calories. 1400 calories over two months, then it was 1650 for another 10 days and now it is 2150 calories. I'm active and I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. So I wanted to encourage you that counting calories is not a bad think. I still count them and it's just a few seconds to measure food and to do the math. So good luck on your journey! :)
Hello! Wow, good job!🔥Thank you so much!💕 And I see your point. I am actually not against calorie counting. I think it is good to know them. I used to count them myself. But from my experience I know that I tend to get too overwhelmed. So this journey I wanted to start easy and more follow intuitively eating and see what I can do with that. But if something will change then maybe I will start to count them again. Just want to stay with healthy mindset. 💛
