She said 10 pounds is not hard to lose but it’s not easy for some to lose 1 pound so yes I had to put in work to lose my 10 pounds !
@@queen1648 i think if you are bigger it will be easier but then the smaller you get the harder it will become. I started from 163 i lost my first 20 very easily, but then was stuck at 143 for the longest, i had to work extra extra hard to get to 128
Congrats!
That’s amazing 👏

I am on the cusp of losing 10lbs. It’s so motivating to see what that looks like visually. Sometimes is hard to see it on your body 😊

Drop 20 then youll definitely see the difference drop 40 or more and youre another person
@@Fabian6980 thank you. I think I needed to hear this. I got very sick last month but managed to maintain so I’m just going after the next 10. I am excited 😆
Fifteen pounds down! That’s 3 of these!!
@@Fabian6980I’ve dropped 22.5 and I can’t tell any difference at all…… Idk what’s wrong.
Glad you made it sound simple. Literally saw a video of a guy saying the blue light from your phone prevents you from losing weight 😂
My parents:
I have lost 30 pounds and i’m 12 years old! lost it all in 3 months and i feel better than ever
me how u did and the weight u wa
Am 5’0, was 53kgs but now 44.7kgs
Time it took: 2 weeks
What I did: regular exercise, phone for less than 1hr and eat healthy.
hii I'm glad you're living a healthier lifestyle 🫶🏻 btw can you share a few more details like how many hours did you exercise and were you on a calorie deficit ? actually I'm 5ft too but I weigh around 57-59kgs and my goal weight is 45kg so please can you help
me out 🥹
Went from 250 to 157 in just a few months. Goal is 140. 17 more to go 🤧
Are you on a strict diet? Or what do you do to lose so much? Good job either way, keep it up!
I'm beyond grateful that I started losing weight 6months ago. Started at 220 and am now 175 and want to keep going
went 130lb to 95lb in 6 months (started august). definitely feel a difference. im 4’9 so this is a normal size for me but 130 was not
edit: so i found out im 4’11
Me too and i am 12 i weigh more than my 2 year older sister, my aunt, my grandma. I weigh 130lbs and my goal is to go to 95lbs. How old are you?
@@ady_494Im 14 and ive been trying to lose weight aswell. so far i went from 235 to 221. idk how long, maybe 2-3 months? im just trying to do it safely. id recommend eating less portions and working out a little bit. just ten push ups, ten sit ups, and 20 second plank a day, or working out with dumbbells? really any type of movement would be great for you! and try not to get upset if you don't see any results. It takes time, but eventually you will get there if you watch what you eat. Also, try to be in a calorie deficit (eating around 100-300 calories less than recommend), but try not to worry too much about calories. Just dont load up your plate and do some simple exercises every day or every two days depending on how hard they are. You can do this! And remember, always love yourself no matter what. Weight can be a really hard thing to lose, and dont beat yourself up if you dont lose any at first. It takes time, and your size doesn't matter either way. People may say stuff or you may feel like youre not good enough, but you are.
@@ghostiebites tysm you made my day. Also, you got this!
@@ady_494 tysm :)
I'm 5ft 2in. I am trying to get down to my college weight of 120. I don't want to weigh more than 130 even at my height, so I understand. I'm 62 and raw vegan. This is the best way I have found to lose weight and keep it off.
I found this video quite refreshing and calm
For some 10lbs isn’t hard to do but for other’s it is. Been going at it for the last 4 month’s everyday. Lost 4 lbs. Thanks for the encouraging pep talk. 😞😔
Remember to also eat less and drink lots of water too! Losing weight includes working out and burning more calories than you're eating! I'm currently on my first day of juicing and I plan on continuing it for five months with sprinkles of protein and salads every few weeks (so I won't die 💀)
It's hard but four pounds OFF is still amazing, as long as you're losing weight and happy with yourself you're doing great! I'd suggest trying cardio, if you live in an apartment like me i'd suggest air cycling!
Remember that you got this man, don't give up, losing weight gets easier the more you continue doing what's good for your body!
Went from 283 to 174 this morning
So far right now, from March 2023 at 302lbs to May 2023 at 264lbs. Im walking, trying to run or jog occasionally, but im still on the journey to 150 lbs. Keep going everyone!
Just lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks thanks to my fit bit that keeps me informed and it’s just entertaining to see what you can accomplish in a day. 💪🏻
I’ve lost 79 pounds so far. I literally still can’t even comprehend it and it sounds like too much when I say it. So grateful to have gotten this far!
Within 4 weeks I lost 14 pounds by going on an extreme diet no soda no candy limited my portions eating alot of sugar free and carb free substitutes like zucchini pizza boats rather than pizza no fruit juice lemonade just water and no sugar ice tea I consume about 900 calories a day it was hard at first but I'm doing this becauseim type 2 diabetes my height is 5"9 and used to weight around 257 pounds then within another week I lost 5 pounds so a total of 19-20 pounds 😀
Old weight- 257
New weight - 238
I'm hoping to lose more weight to keep my a1c levels good
💪🫂Proud of you!! Stay safe, and don't forget that you're wonderful no matter what weight you are!
Went from 181.6 to 169.4 trying to keep it up
I am very young and obese this video really useful now I now why my knee constantly gets injured thank u❤
Go Keto/Carnivore and IF: Intermittent Fasting. It's easy, just delay breakfast til 10am, skip lunchh or just PB & apple or other lite protein lunch & don't eat/snack after dinner! Also, take a nice walk outside every day, breathing deeply into your belly ...
You can do this!
Highest weight was 255 and I’m now 192.
This was very encouraging! I lost 39 pounds last year. I’m trying to go at a pace where I don’t lose too quickly to prevent it coming back faster with my new lifestyle changes. I’m going to keep at it until I completely reach my goal! I’m wishing everyone the absolute best in their journey for happier, healthier lives❤🫶🏻
Yuppp....i just lost 10lbs.So proud of myself
Good job.
Some good information here. Thanks
@Jennie Adams It's really not that complicated. Eat better + move your fat butt more
This is the motivation I needed today ❤ I've lost 16kg, 26kg to go!
Cardio And Strength,
Wow I've lost 12 pounds and visually seeing how much fat I ve lost is encouraging
My journey started on 3/16/2023. 6'2 238lbs est BF 32-34%. Eating clean and smaller portions 4-5x per day, 1hr cardio 6x a week and weight training 3-4x a week. I'm down to 203.8 as of today and just getting started😁
Wow this motivates me… even 1 pound of fat must be a lot… it doesn’t show immediately since you lost it from every inch of your body and it’s not put together like this but slowly and surely it will… it’s amazing.
That was a fantastic explanation! Too easy to follow. Thanks for posting!
Started at 134, now at 110 only 20lbs more to lose💪💪
Very True
She has some mesmerizing eyes
This makes me feel more proud of myself 😊💜✨
You're energy is great :D , I am on my weight loss journey now it does help to get a visual of what we are losing to try and keep us going
God Bless
The proper nutrition part is more important than you think. When I was younger, I worked out a lot but neglected good eating habits. As I grew older, I lost the strength to exercise as much, started gaining weight and blaming myself. But now I am focusing on eating a balanced and regular diet, I suddenly feel strong enough to be active again.
Im 6’2 234 lb and i just started my weight lost journey 2 days ago trying to stay strong from those bad habits
I went from 213 to 200😊
The problem is I live i a house we’re they buy a lot of unhealthy food but it’s my fault for eating it and I also suffered from binge eating disorder for 2 years and I’ve gained 50 pounds I was 140 and now I’m almost 200 and I can’t stand it so idk how I will end up losing the weight but I’m going to try.
Diet is the most important part of weight loss. Prioritize sleep, eat only 1-ingredient foods if possible and regular strength training. Discipline=freedom
I’ve lost about 4 of those over the last half year. I made a couple of permanent changes I can live with and lost it very slowly. I need to lose one more and to get in shape and gain muscle though. I changed my milk from 2% to skim and cut out all sugar pretty much in my drinks and replaced with stevia.
a lot of times weight loss comes with losing water weight and slight muscle loss. this is only true if you’re tracking protein and training while being on deficit but even with that when u lose ur first few pounds itll most likely be some water weight but im not trying to be a debbie downer because regardless those first 5-10 lbs u lose r really encouraging to keep going
@8th account yes i hear u! It’s good to lose water retention however it’s not what’ll be as sustained when you stop dieting and return to maintenance, fat loss is.
I grew up in a very primitive, wild, and challenging environment. Every day, people bullied me because of my looks. I had only a few friends, and I treated them poorly because I was unhappy. I directed my aggression and negative emotions toward them, losi
Best video ever.
Went from 201 to 186 strength training....still keeping on
I just lost 10 pounds on accident and now it made me pay attention to my weight in a kinda bad way- I know I shouldn't worry about it, I'm 125 and 5'4.
i remember being so self conscious when i was 150lbs, i woukd cry abt it, i didn’t do anything but suddenly i was at 138-131lbs
Cool facts, that will help push people!
i went from 147 to 130 this is insane what
How ?
eating healthier and being more active
I started sleeping more and drinking more water. Made a world of difference because I was actually able to stick to my diet. 😅 Poor sleep can make us think we're hungry actually. In my opinion sleep needs to be a priority if you wanna lose weight. Without sleep you won't have energy to exercise not even going for a walk.
love your vibe!
Went from 280 lbs (ish) down to 165 lbs (ish) give or take right now. To everyone on an exercise or health journey (or those who just need encouragement)- YOU'VE GOT THIS. I'M PROUD OF YOU! 🫂💪
Nice, you keep it simple
I went from 136 to 126 in a week planning to get to 100 but having a hard time losing the rest

I’m not laying in bed in pain all day everyday before going to work at 4pm to stand on my feet all evening anymore. I’m down from 185 to 165 at 5’4. I’m 33 and thought this is just what getting old feels like. My “chronic leg pain” was just from hauling around too much fat. 🙌🏼 there hope for anyone else in pain. I still gotta work on my lounging before work problem but atleast it’s not from pain anymore!!
During my entire primary school, I was overweight. I even skipped a road trip because my class was heading to the beach, and I felt too insecure to show my body, so I didn’t want to go. My teacher asked my parents why, and they explained that I didn’t wan

V3ry happy for everyone who lost weight from this, if your not doing it for yourself though then dont do it and if you are for yourself then make sure to take care of yourself at the same time, i got depressed when i lost alot of weight and now im just exercising every once in a while. That’s all I needed to hear what the word knees!!!! I’m in
The cells shrink but they never go away
My doc has me doing keto due to pre-diabetes/insulin resistance. Round 1 in 2020 and dropped 70 lbs. Round 2 since May 9th, 2023 (its August 24th) and dropped 25.9 lbs so far. I walk, but that's about it. I just make sure my meals are nutrient dense. Got labs done this week and the doctor said they're good. Especially the liver one -- normal. Hemoglobin a1c has dropped to 5.1 since my last a1c in 2022. I still find healthy fruits that are low carb and fit it in like Zespri sungold kiwifruit which is packed with b vitamins, nectarine (only 15g carbs), plums, watermelon, berries. I even have raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized local wildflower honey from the PNW and 1 tsp is only 5g carbs and I don't consume sugar anymore (I use erythritol as its a 1:1 ratio) so its REALLY sweet. I put only 1 teaspoon on my keto pumpkin mug cake yesterday and it was perfect but I think I'll use half a teaspoon next time. The sweetness hit me like crazy. I like to Intermittent Fast as well, not to weight loss, but to keep my glucose under control. Keto keeps it stable, but as long as I don't snack in between meals, and I do some extra fasting, then it gives my body time to rest and do its biological functions which I learned it cannot do properly if there's high glucose and insulin spikes. I feel amazing and my mental health improved so much and I know its due to the body being able to do its biological functions now.
Lost 1 pound in 12 months... gonna keep trying 👍
I’m 12 years old and this just made losing weight look harder… I’m trying to lose a lot
Goodluck girl never give up!!❤
NEVER BACK DOWN NEVER WHAT?? 🗣️🗣️
I lost 3 times that after gaining depression weight after going through an abusive relationship. I had just let myself go. In the beginning of the diet I had actually gained weight the first week lol so it was kind of discouraging and throughout my weightloss journey, the numbers on the scale weren't always going straight down, but I never gave up. I just picked myself up again and kept going and changed what I thought I was doing wrong or could improve in, even if I had a bad week or bad month in terms of the diet. I plan on losing more. I haven't weighed this in years! So whoever is reading this, just keep going! Even if you stumble you can do this. 😊 It's the little things that make a difference, like switching out sugary drinks with water or replacing sugar in your coffee with artificial sweeteners. (Make sure its the good kind like erythritol, or monk fruit, or stevia without dextrose/maltodextrose) Replacing carbs with something else like broccoli instead of bread or rice at dinner. Replacing foods I craved (like junk food) with healthier alternatives like instead of ice cream, I'll make my own frozen yogurt. Ill buy plain yogurt at the store (no sugar or minimal sugar) and blend it with real fruit mixed with some stevia. Remember there's always a healthy version of an unhealthy food/ a better alternative. Even if you go dirty sometimes and reach for diet coke instead of regular coke if you're going to drink it anyways. Just limit the dirty diet choices haha but it's good for "emergency" days when you feel unmotivated to be healthy 😅. Be careful with eating a lot of healthy foods too that are high in calories though. Like cashews. You can eat them but not all in one go. (One of my mistakes that I had to change when I was in a plateu but i was eating an unhealthy amount of them daily lol). Your efforts will add up, and you'll see results! I think of it as gaining diet points/a pat on the back for every effort I do throughout the day/every time I reach for a healthier alternative instead of an unhealthy one. lol. Also, it's 70 percent of what you eat and 30 percent exercise. I didn't focus too much on the exercise part. It takes an hour of walking to burn only about 100 calories. So it's just easier to focus your attention on the diet part. But yeah exercise can be a boost. I just found it more efficient to focus more on the diet. :)
If there are medical problems involved then it can be very difficult to lose that small amount of weight. No matter how hard you are trying.. it's not always easy for everyone
Wow ive lost a little over 10 pounds these past 2 months that explains why my knees dont hurt so much anymore haha
i went from 132lbs to 120 in a month ( started in april)
I just wanna lose 12 pounds by July. It’s so hard to stay committed.
This is going to help me lose weight seeing how this can help with my body and because looking at that fat looked horrible I don’t want that in my body
I am down 28lbs since March! Looking at those huge blobs of fat is crazy! I've lost 3 times that😊
And Fasting can't forget about fasting. I went from 265 now I'm down to 253 today I'm about to do the 24-hour fasting
I went from 281 to 232 but am at a plateau and can’t seem to lose anything else
Have you tried weight lifting (strength training) I hit a plateau, but did 30 minutes of squat variations and the next day I was down 3lbs…do strength training before your cardio on an empty stomach.
@@monti42 ok thanks

I'm so glad I dont lose weight so quickly anymore. i was dangerously underweight
It doesn’t sound like much but when you held them up like that, that was motivation. I dropped 64 pounds and don’t plan on putting any of that back on my body 🤢
So far I have lost 4 of those big chunks of fat!!! I need to lose another 6. I still can't believe how my poor body could hold 80 pounds of excess fat and still function.
i lost 12 pounds and it just baffles me that THAT was on my body.
Went from 185 to 175 still not seeing a physical difference but I Atleast feel better mentally
I always felt like I was the only one who thought about losing fat for their knee health!
PLUS intermittent fasting of an 8 hr window of eating during daylight hours, picking 1 day a week to not eat, following fast like a girl (according to a woman's menstrual cycle days) by Mindy Pelz.
I went from 241 to 225 I’m still trying to lose more weight
Currently 137 aiming for 105
So the ratio is 1 is to 3. For every pound of weight that you lose, you take 3 times the weight off your poor knees. Question- is that 3 pound per knee, or 3 pounds off both the knees (1.5 pound per knee)?
My orthopedic doctor had told me that every time I walk, my weight bearing knee has to bear 4 times my body weight.
