thanks for the video... a couple of questions, in order to move the coolant reservoir is it just enough to unscrew the top bold, Is it not fixed also at the bottom? and the other question is why did you unplug the coolant pipe connected to the radiatior? I believe it's just enough to unplug the other end pipe that connects to the reservoir
I can't get expansion tank bolt out and has started to destroy the head of the bolt. Any advice on how to get it out and what the name of the replacement bolt is?
This is the way we are doing, that's give you a lot of room to work, don't forget that to torque the filter cup extra room is required for torque wrench
I'm Struggling to find a torque spec for the Housing on 2.0 TDI models I see in your video its roughly 26-27 is that Newton Meters? Also Sump Plug torque spec I've found specs ranging from 8 foot pounds to 22 could you please reply with the correct specs that would be greatly appreciated as I'm trying to learn how to fix my Audi since the service bills starting to get expensive 🥲🥲
@@Supercar.centralx spec for the drain plug is about 30nm, for the oil filter cap about 22nm. I don’t even torque them to spec anymore tho. That’s kinda because my new torque wrench starts at 40nm, but also because hand tight is good enough. Make sure to strongly tighten the drain plug by hand, but be a bit gentle with the oil filter cap as its only plastic.

Very good video. Thanks.
Is it possible to unscrew oil filter socket without removing the coolant reservoir?

@@KJAutos-le2zb i think oil filter cup is like 5 ot 15 nm so its not rlt important to chave torque wrench
yes it is
Hi,how much oil is added
as all vehicles differ if you don't have acces to workshop manual, best idea is to messure emount of drained oil, after refilled add extra if required
Very good job
Thank you! Cheers!
