I had done killer hit full body workout for last 3 days after a gap of almost 2 months of workout and my legs and butt was in extreme pain so today instead of giving gap I went with this light hearted workout and felt extremely good. I did two sets.
Thank you for choreographing this light-hearted workout, Emi! It is perfect for early spring when we need to get our large limbs used to working together in big motions and our blood and lymph circulation really going again. As an added bonus the Kpop makes it feel like we aren't even exercising!
Day 1 and I couldn't get through the entire workout yet I enjoyed and sweated alot!!!

Hey Emi! I really love your kpop dance workouts and this one was especially fun. My neurologist told me to do more cardio since it's supposed to help against the migraines I get. I would really love to see more kpop dance workouts especially now for the summer. I also wouldn't mind if they are 15, 20 or even 30min long :) Please consider it

Loved this workout, I'm a dancer and really love doing such workouts where I have fun and also burn some calories also I've seen dance workouts really work for me like i do dance on a regular basis and it helps me lose more weight that doing exercises

In other words, if we are hot, which is really repenting and turning from sin) if we are cold we just completely don’t really follow God. If we mix those together it makes a lukewarm which they will be spat out Gods mouth and won’t inherit the kingdom of heaven.

Hi Emi! Just wanted to say that I did this for the first time today and omg im sweating so much! It was a really fun workout though and I did take one break like 10 secs to drink water but nonetheless it was fun! Im gonna do it tomorrow morning again(ill try to remember,ill probably set an alarm).
