    My phone is always on silent 😄 I walk in nature everyday 🌸 I follow the things that interest me. I love trying new things ❤ A slow and conscious way is my way. Perfectly said Seve !

    This is so great! I completely agree. I have been isolated in the jungle, spending 2.5 years over the course of 6 years without connection to the outside world and when we disconnect we get to reconnect with ourselves and God

    That's very true. Sometimes I just have days full of exhaustive but necessary tasks and I think I should always have a side project that I'm excited about. Something to keep the spark alive, the curiosity and love for learning.
    Also learning new things makes you remember your days much better, the ordinary stuff you do during the day will be connected with thoughts about how ice floats or the experience of climbing your way up a level 5 route😊
