I love the two handed / hot key spells into hands once weapon is gone. Doing like a paladin/dark knight feel. Literally never done stealth archer either.
As someone who probably clocked the majority of my thousands of hours as a stealth archer, I'm gonna try to spare y'all and advise to NOT DO IT. It's a REALLY GOOD build. I don't advise you not to do it because it's not good, or because "it's so OP that it's broken." It's because after the fun of playing it for a couple weeks fades, it absolutely ruins the game for you. You start to see Skyrim for the developer building tools that created it and the stats you can abuse rather than a game you actually play as you slowly crawl around completing 100% of the game. You eventually get used to never being touched and one-shotting everything, and when you eventually decide to start the game agin for the 69th time this decade, playing anything other than a stealth archer just feels wrong and like you're playing a cursed version of the game where you're deliberately sawing your legs off imposing a disadvantage.
Being a harbinger of the companions, can't help but feel attacked. Also, I run two hand builds all the time. What's wrong with two handed weapons? Turtling behind a shield like a casual? I'm not doing that. Seriously though, what's wrong with two handed weapons?
I usually play either two handed or an ax and shield combo as my main playthroughs. Played a stealth archer for the first time recently and restarted after level 30 to play my prefered two handed build!
Love your commitment to the bit. After going back to oblivion it's hard to wrap my head around not being able to cast spells with a weapon or the blunt/blade one-hand/two-hand switch-over
in my years playing Skyrim.. I never knew you had to shoot down Mercers ramp to get into his house. I always just jumped onto the fence and jumped onto the roof to get in... what?!
Wow! There is an actual fourth guild? I had vague memories of joining it as a teen and becoming a therewolf but when I grew up I figured it was a mod or something, what's next? some sort of secret guild to level up speech?
The crit damage perks are only useless if you resto loop your weapons or lean heavily into sneak attacks or use one handed weapons the effect is okay but not great. Take a nord hero great sword...... 20 base damage. 100 in two handed = 100% base damage (another 20 with this weapon) 5 ranks of barbarian is 100% base damage (another 20 damage.) Now crit damage. 1 rank = 50% base damage. (10 with Nord hero great sword. 2 ranks = 75% base damage. (15 with this sword. 3 ranks = 100% base damage. (20 with this sword) 100 skill legendary smith with steel perk = 30 extra points of damage. So with 3 ranks of crit damage you get 400% more damage 30% of the time. Without you get 300% damage 100% of the time. If it procs on a power attack it's a 700% damage multiplier. Now where it shines is with a silver great sword, great critical strike perk ( sprinting power attack) against the undead. (Drauger and vampires) The sword has 17 base damage. Plus 100 in skill (+17) = 34. Plus 5 ranks of barbarian. (+17) = 51. Double against undead ( 102) Double for power attack. 204. Plus the crit +17 221 damage attack. That's a x13 damage multiplier. Not bad huh??? I love crit damage!
The first build I tried was a two handed build and it made me hate the game. I got to the place with 10 dragons, the two handed build was sucking even though I was level 26, I gave up. Didn't touch the game for a year. I loaded it back up in expert with a war axe and shield/ sword and shield build and it my god.. I had so much more fun. I picked a Breton so mages were a non issue, dragons were easy, and even on expert I steam rolled most enemies. On adept with an orc two handed build I wanted to break my controller. It was miserable. And you might ask.. why not switch to one hand? Well I already had like 70 in two handed... I was committed.
I’ve played this game for about 6 years and I’m still yet to become a stealth archer.
Exactly. i always end up with two-handed weapons or one-handed with some basic-azz healing spell on the other hand.
@@vulpesinculta9578 yeah it’s just the simpler way

I never understood why people would be stealth archers when the dagger throat-slitting sneak attack animation is so damn cool.

This is a great video, I honestly thought it was made by a much bigger channel. Nice job, keep it up!

You said "Heavy metal Acapella group" and I laughed. And then you showed footage of a heavy metal Acapella group.
The nonchalant attitude while saying the most outlandish shit ever makes it 10 times funnier lol
12:10 goes so hard
For whom the bell tolls- Metallica.
"yeah, didn't say you can't cheat."
This is a thing? I only use two handed weapons . Archer and a stealth assassin with a katana
when breaking into mercers house, you can go to the roof and jump your way in.
You are tripping bruh 2 handed is fire
So glad I got recommended this.

bards college
I honestly can't tell if you love or hate this game
hahaha this video feels like such a personal attack i love being a two handed tank in some heavy knights armor just bopping people with my rune hammer
Me, who just started a Skyrim playthrough for the first time, maining a two-handed weapon
You seem really entertaining bro, can’t wait to see you grow
Maaaaaan this is embaressing I remember my first playthrough and just exclusively using two-handers
my favorite playstyle is greatsword lmao
And this is a challenge how?
Best sarcasm I’ve heard in ages
You should make more content like this, it’s pretty funny and entertaining!
Also the companions would be amazing for this challenge for the nord hero weapons.
hey i have watched many videos of this type from many other channels and you got the formula down good job. thanks for the video duder.
Can I? Yes.
Will I ever? No.
I hate how in vanilla greatswords has the exact same swing speed as battle axes. And their perk is infinitely more useless than battle axes.

Oc you can..I beat it w 2 handed weapons all the time so...
I'm confused, what was dual casting magic ok. But shooting a bow, which requires two hands as well, isnt?
I am khajiit warrior with torch + dagger in legendary difficult + survival mode XD
stealth archery is realistically immersive
Bows ARE Two Handed weapons...
Nice job man
Great quality
2H is the best. But I've never played one of those Orcaz tho

Why did you hate it? Two handed damage is so high
Let's gooooo, bonking time
I just found your channel and i just wanted to say this video is fucking amazing. keep doing you brother
I’m doing a play through now as a two handed warhammer build and let me tell you. Two handed weapon build is not it.
Try a silver great sword against undead (drauger and vampires) with great critical strike perk.
That's where two handed shines.
@@Christina-g4s halfway through the playthrough all issues fixed themselves. With enchanting and crafting it was so fun.
Big funny I like
Oh god, I'm already doing this and recently started to think about how one handed weapons would've been easier
Wait, there's a game called Skyrim??????
This video is fake. There's no end or final quest in skyrim
Reddit
Yes. And you can also beat it with your bear hands. You can also beat it with a dagger, or a wooden sword.
this video had potential until you dragged the joke too long. made me lose interest after 5 minutes
I bet this video will blow up. Well done!
