A pleasant walkthrough of the profile system in the Kia EV9 infotainment. I am curious to know if the audio equalizer is saved separately for each user profile? I would like to tune the sound to my liking with the Meridian speakers (if I owned one).
I can configure most of the profile settings you have covered, except… my Ioniq 5 does not have an electronically adjustable steering wheel. I can only configure it manually. Y'know, Charlotte, every time I watch you on this channel I hear in my head a corresponding song by Van Morrison…!
Question about Kia Connect - I understand new vehicles come with a trial - is it 1 yr or 3 yrs? - secondly since remote start is built into the key fob will it still remote start after your trial expires if you don't renew? - I am guessing ( hopefully! ) yes but without the smartphone controls ( although I guess you can just leave your defrost on when you shut down ) ...and finally is it possible to enroll and cancel continuously ( eg. don't need the remote start and controls in the summer but just for 2 months in winter ) ? - I can't seem to find a straight answer on the Kia portal...would really appreciate any clarification ...thanks😁
Just a quick question herefrom the Netherlands. A problem that I have with my ev9 is that the automatic dimmable side mirrors go on dimmable mode waaay too early. Is there a way to fix this?
Please please tell them to allow a default profile so you don't need to confirm every dang time you start the car. Please Same with default regen settings for hybrids so you don't need to reset everything every dang time you start the car. These two things are idiotic annoyances.
This video is about customizing your user profiles. If you are deleting one, you can go to Setup > User Profile > Click the one you'd like to reset > Delete User Profile.

Guess I need a new G90. Mine is 2018 and profiles rely on button pushing....
