I'm on my day 4. It's hurting😩 but later it's normal & fun😀. Now my arms is 13 inch, I'll do it all till 7 days & update😊👍🏻
Ughh only 1 inch difference. 😑 But i will do it all again till one week. I got motivated tho💕💪🏻

Hey soumya,I have been watching your videos from long time but I dont get the time to follow the routine and exercises properly. Actually I am getting married on 6 may and all my clothes have been stitched but yesterday when I tried my clothes they were too tight. Now I am hopeless and thinking how to reduce my arm fat in just 4-5 days. Will this routine really help in 4-5 days for me?? And plz suggest some diet too.
