- Thanks for watching.
Truck is being worked on, still waiting update on the chipper but I'm in no rush with that being a truck down at the moment, ram estimated me to a fixed truck with in 10 days. - Авто та транспорт
It’s nice having an older truck that runs good and is reliable for missions like these. I have 5 trucks and it’s expensive to keep them all going but it sure is nice having multiple back up rigs
Dude big time, I feel 3 trucks will help with a lot for possible issues love my 24v but I need another rig that can haul for back up
Good job!!! It will work out. Hang on in there!!! Ken!! Oh!!✌🏿
Thank you my Man!
Goodness me! Let’s get fixed before July!
Pshh ain’t no thing
Glad you’ve been back more regularly uploading man! Love the content.
Happy to be back! Always appreciate that!
Great vid , hope its fixed soon I look forward to the next vid (sorry I don't do Insta. so I'll wait for the You tube update) over here in UK where we only have small trucks its funny how everyone seems to have the same faults as you guys EGR and DPF issues no matter which make you own.
🙏🏼
Ya these nonsense parts are made to fail from the start all a self destructive system to these poor engines
I had a 2021 ram 4500, egr, Def pump failure in 8k miles, 2022 ram 3500 high output aisin limited trans failure at 4,300 miles. 160 days to fix. Lemon lawed that turd.
Switched to 2022 f450, 41,000 miles not one issue. 2023 f550 10k miles no issues. Unfortunately, since the stilantis deal dodge is a dead duck in my opinion.
Holy dang that’s consistent big time problems to deal with,
I’m thank full nothing that extreme. Happy to fords are working out for you, peace of mind is gold
I have a 17 F350 with 165k and I had a 5” long coolant hose blow out in the valley of the engine Tuesday, it took me 6 hours to pull everything out of the way, but it would probably be weeks before any mechanic would be able to work on it so I was “happy” to do it
Ouch dang man that’s a bad break down. Ya it’s all about getting back on the road asap. Been glad enough to find a gap in hauling at least
watch the idle on these new rigs. Some guys are having problems and the valve train is failing. Happening to the 2022 HO. Otherwise beautiful rigs.
I keep hearing this my cam has been inspected twice now and the valves and lifters with that, no signs of anything like that happening. I feel like it might be the kind of oil people are using hopefully not 15-40 being number one!
@@IManOPERATOR I think it was poor metallurgy. But sounds like you got a handle on it. Sweet truck brother!
@@aaronkelley8909 thanks my man!
Great video. You should drive that Dodge Truck for a long time.
That’s my goal!
Have a 2008 3500 dodge and had a 2018 3500 dodge and the 08 has over 300k no major issues my 2018 was in the shop 70 percent of the time until i got rid of it at 80k miles so i guess it’s really luck of the draw
Dude those 08s are just champs that’s awesome.
But that sucks big time on your 18, thankfully I’ve been good in a way it’s nothing new just dealer messed up on the repairs she’s been awesome for 75k miles
My 7.3 towing al day long 955k
@@IManOPERATOR yeah the 18 was a lemon lol first transmission went out at 15k miles front gear case started leaking at 40k was in the shop over a month on that one 2nd transmission at 65k miles then at 80k it dropped almost dropped a valve the valve seals were shot so after it got fixed i was over it and got rid of it
Sounds like you're glad you got the extended warranty. I have a 2022 3500 dually and I'm thinking about getting that extra 4 years (7/100). Not sure what that would cost though.
I’m beyond happy I got the extended warranty the egr would have cost me about 3200 with labor and all, my 8 year 125k mile warranty was about $3700 and it’s a $25 co pay 🤌🏼
Nothing but issues with ‘13 Ram until deleted, ‘19 PS deleted…never an issue.
Big time, that’s on the todo list just have to figure out some extra bits
Why you scared? I would've towed the dually with the 2nd gen. That's a load but not that big of a deal. Lots of guys tow heavy with those trucks. Ps love the videos you've been posting lately
More of a prevention already down one truck don’t need to risk my other one for no good reason 🤣
It’s not “insane” but just going down 8% grades wouldn’t make that a fun trip.
Appreciate the support my man 🤘🏼
Heck you should have had sam tow it down for you 🤷🏽♂️
Homie been busy on the old dodge project can’t distract from that,
@@IManOPERATOR I know. 🤷🏽♂️. If you lived on this side of the canyon I would have given you a ride 🤘🏽
@@5150cash appreciate that my man 🤘🏼
I dont have any problems yet but the dealer in santa rosa told me you have to clean your egr and egr cooler every 67500 miles . I have a 3500 single rear wheel 2021 ram . It has a 370 horse power 850 torque . I am looking into a bullet egr cooler it has big pipes going through the egr cooler . Less back pressure on engine ???? Denis from santa rosa ca.
I’ve heard that here and there. Maybe something to pay closer attention to when the warranty is up lol.
I’ve looked into those but wonder is you can skim by with the smog nonsense cause they don’t make it for “cali” 🙄
I would assume so less back pressure not sure long as it don’t leak
@@IManOPERATOR when i looked on line there is a bullet egr cooler .later on this week i will call bullet and fined out the difference .denis from santa rosa ca about 4 hours down the hill from you
@@IManOPERATOR i just asked if bullet has a cooler .my phone came up with executive order #d-730-6 the bullit proof egr cooler feathers the h- core design technology that comprises of helical tube bundles for exhaust gas cooling during recirclation .per web site
@@Denis-tu1pd did you swap it out?
