Most (if not all) your stick figure animation videos end in a cliffhanger. I need to know what the managers or customers say after the last comment from the agent or employee.

Why are so many of these videos reanimated? I've heard the same script but seen variations on what the characters look like or background colors.
Are companies in real life actually able to do that? Cause that would be so awesome if they are.
Sort of, yes. I worked for a call center as a level 2 rep (the person that the level 1 rep sends calls to if it's a somewhat more specialized reason for the call.) And yes, we had clients who were so difficult to work with that they did get assigned one particular rep to speak to them every time. And yes, their account was flagged with the name of that particular rep. Nobody else was to speak to that client with the exception of upper management.
