As a skinny guy hindi ako Tinamad mag work out sinabi ko sa sarili ko na makukuha ko rin ang goal na ito and thanks to God that he guides me through out my work out in almost 2 months and I am happy that there are some changes in my body even though hindi PA ito ganun malaki pero nagkaroon ako ng gains and I love working out!!!!!

I super agree with tip no.4. Wear your workout clothes, mag sapatos ka kahit na home workout lang. Mas gaganahan ka kesa pambahay lang tapos naka slippers. I prefer naman working out without music. Pag may sounds kasi nawawala ako sa focus and count ko hehe.
