    Haha relate ako ganyan ako dati naadik sa ml then napabayaan ko na sarili ko yung muscle na pinaghirapan ko nawala pati abs tas pagtapos lagi mag ML madalas nanghihina ako at nangangatog tuhod then yung brain ko naging foggy sya.. Pero ngayon nagbago nako back to workout na ulet, nakakasira ng pangarap sobra sa mobile games eh BTW nice video sir pagbutihin mo pa!

    Totoo yung #9 , miski maliit na bagay na nabili mo, mas gaganahan ka mag workout. Kase kung iisipin, masasayang yung Binili mo kung di naman magagamit. Hehe then personally, sinasampal ko yung mukha ko, or mag ooff muna ako ng electric fan, once kase pag pawisan kana, mas gaganahan ka. #homeworkout for 2months

    The comical skit before the content proper is fun, you can do more that as an intro. As a suggestion can you do more homeworkout videos so that it is relatable for us who are currently under quarantine status.

    As a skinny guy hindi ako Tinamad mag work out sinabi ko sa sarili ko na makukuha ko rin ang goal na ito and thanks to God that he guides me through out my work out in almost 2 months and I am happy that there are some changes in my body even though hindi PA ito ganun malaki pero nagkaroon ako ng gains and I love working out!!!!!

    I super agree with tip no.4. Wear your workout clothes, mag sapatos ka kahit na home workout lang. Mas gaganahan ka kesa pambahay lang tapos naka slippers. I prefer naman working out without music. Pag may sounds kasi nawawala ako sa focus and count ko hehe.

    I think my favorite tip here is to dress up as if u r going to workout. I remembr when the gyms were open, ginaganahan na agad ako kapag nagsasapatos pa lang ako. And I think that is the lacking part right now kaya nahihirapan akong maging consistent sa workout plans ko. Thanks for these helpful tips bro! Keep going.
