Guess I just disagree with two of your choices. Prefer the Sigma 10-18/2.8 DC DN that pairs perfectly with the 18-50/2.8. The for portraits I prefer the Sigma 56mm f/1.4 DC DG. There are others I like like my Sony 15/1.4 G and Sigma 23/1.4 DC DN but the first three I can capture almost everything I need to when traveling light with an APS-C body like the A6700. Take care.

Great video, but i would recommend the Sigma 56mm f/1.4 instead of the Sony 50mm f/1.8
Hey, Leon! I would say the same but that lens is a little bit more expensive than the Sony 50mm f1.8, I already had this lens for a while and I figured might as well use it! It's light and compact which is what I look for in lenses nowadays whenever I'm not shooting professionally.
Great video. I like that you have a slightly different take from the usual recommendations. No doubt sigma 18-50mm is a smart choice for most apsc owners.

Funny that you mentioned that, haha. The 35mm f1.8 is a bit pricey for some people so I didn't opt to put it in.

@@dudoplatz hey I meant no disrespect. I meant that I almost put it on the list but then the 35mm is covered by the kit lens and the 18-50 of course without the 1.8. Just wanted to make the list versatile. Sorry for the misunderstanding
