Surprisingly, its simple, what pregnancy tests look for is a hormone called, hGC, which means there is a foreign something inside you. Now what that means is that, if a man tests positive, then that may result in, the man has a tumor a.k.a a foreign body. So if a man tests positive, that means that you might have cancer. (Now thats not the only thing, it might just mean its sperm mixed with the mans urine)
