I’m in! I got myself into shape 6 months postpartum and then let myself go. My body has been in so much pain due to work and negligence (knees, wrist, back). This worked me out and it was gentle enough for me to finish the workout. Baby will be 2 this month. Thank you!

My legs are dead, and yes i split it into a 2 day workout but i got it done while my baby was just laying on the floor and watching. I am 1 year postpartum, been doing your workouts since 6 months postpartum. I love them and am thankful for the kind service you provide. I would love to have more effective workout options with a lot less squats. My knee does not allow for this due to previous injury at work.

Hi Jess! I'm 7 months PP, excited and nervous all at once. I did your workouts during my pregnancy for baby #3 and was ordered by Dr to stop any form of extra activity 6 months and take it real easy to avoid early labor. 12 weeks pp and havnt really done any workouts since baby was born or for about one month before he was born. My legs are dead, and yes i split it into a 2 day workout but i got it done while my baby was just laying on the floor and watching. So fun to do it with the little extra encouragement through baby smiles. ❤
