    I'm 4 weeks pp after stillborn baby 💔 waiting 2 more weeks to start this. I think it will help me physically but also emotionally. Thank you for the video

    6 months postpartum and dealing with depression, hypothyroidism, and stubborn baby weight. This kind of exercise is just what I need. Used your exercises all through my pregnancy too!

    I'm 3 months PP, and this was the first workout I've done where my pelvic floor didn't feel weak, but where I also feel like I got my heart rate up and a good sweat. Love it!

    12 weeks postpartum and been doing HIIT/cardio/full body for 3 weeks. OMG! the difference is A-mazing! I fit into.my post pregnancy clothes again which are actually a bit loose around my waist! 😍 thank you so much!!

    I'm in and I'm 2 months postpartum. I really like how short these workouts are. I'm able to wake and do them before I head in to work. And they're intense and engage parts of my body I never really paid attention to. For the first time I actually feel motivated to workout.

    Almost a full year postpartum! (Wow, time flies fast!!) I followed you religiously in my third trimester, and into my labor, and have followed as often as possible pp. Starting again as I’m finding the time and motivation again after a few rough weeks.     9 months postpardum and finally starting to feel a bit more rested with my little sleeping on a more "consistent" routine. I've had so many "day 1's" on my postpardum journey...that's been tough.     I am 6 weeks postpartum, and I have loved your channel since the early days of my pregnancy. You have been so helpful and comforting throughout. My best friend recommended your channel because she watched it religiously during her first pregnancy, which was during the first wave of covid lockdown.     I’m in! I got myself into shape 6 months postpartum and then let myself go. My body has been in so much pain due to work and negligence (knees, wrist, back). This worked me out and it was gentle enough for me to finish the workout. Baby will be 2 this month. Thank you!

    12 weeks pp and havnt really done any workouts since baby was born or for about one month before he was born. My legs are dead, and yes i split it into a 2 day workout but i got it done while my baby was just laying on the floor and watching. So fun to do it with the little extra encouragement through baby smiles. ❤

    I'm 8 months after 😁 got back exercising about 5 months ago but not enough and I'm not happy with my progress back to being fit. So here I am! First day out of 14

    I m 14 months pp and I ve been following you since I was pregnant! unfortundately I have 2 fingers gap diastasis that one day I will have to operate but since than your workouts are my daily routine and i LOVE them! thanks a lot

    I'm in! I'm I am 15 weeks postpartum. I did lots of your prenatal yoga and workouts and now am continuing with the postpartum. Love how gentle but effective workouts are! Thank you!
