Stamppot recipe | Dutch food recipe

Stamppot is a traditional Dutch dish made from a combination of mashed potatoes without one or several vegetables recipe is different from original but equally tasty
Ingredients
Step 1
1 1/2 kg potatoes
1 1/2 kg cream spinach (if you don’t have cream spinach add 2 tbsp fresh cream and 1/2 tsp salt)
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tap salt or to taste
Butter 100g
1/2 cup water
step 2
1/2 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/3 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 pinch of nutmeg
1 cup broth or 1/2 beef cube
1/2 kg Sausage

spinach ?? You can also use other green vegetables like kale, or chipped carrots and onions, or endivia ... and make grevy you have to make a small pond in the stamp pot on your plate remember..to dip..
