Hello Lady Mary Beth🌅
I’m rewatching this video in March, 2023 and so enjoying it! How I wish I could have shopped this living estate sale. Everything there was definitely of high quality and good taste. It looked like the owners were moving to a tiny house or perhaps assisted living…what a beautiful home this is. I just thought that dining room table, chairs, buffet, and hutch were stunning and I would have taken them somehow all the way back to my Indiana home! Oh my, so incredibly beautiful!! I have some antique oak chairs that need to have the seats recovered and I bought fabric months ago much like the fabric shown on those chairs! I couldn’t believe it!! I must get that project completed!
Thank you for sharing. How sweet that your father attended the sale with you 🥰.
Kim
Glad you are watching the Tennessee “living” estate sale again. My father frequently sends upcoming sale links. I look through the photos and advise him on items of interest. Headed back to TN later this month. ✈️❤️
I do enjoy 'tagging along' to sales with you. Thanks for the fun!

Very fun video!! Love estate sale shopping w you
Thanks so much!!
I was so lucky and thank you, Lady Mary Beth. I was thrift shopping at Inside/ Outside Thrift in Belleville, IL. I had my hand on a Fostoria candlestick holder not realizing it was Fostoria. I took it off the shelf to admire it and returned it thinking I don’t need to own everything I like. It was priced at $4. Later that night I saw the same candlestick holder on this video and saw the price tag for $25. I returned to the store the next morning and went straight to that piece of Fostoria. Luckily it was still there. I brought it to check out and paid cash. I was surprised that the clerk gave me change. They were having a Christmas sale; everything was half price. I bought my Fostoria for $2.16! ❤️ your. channel.
Score!!! 🙌🏻 Glad to hear that you got the Fostoria candlestick for such a deal. ☺️
I love ALL of your videos! I especially love your ideas for gifting. How special you can make gifts, for example cookies on a thrift store plate, and so many more ideas that you have shared. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos and ideas!
Hi! I'm a new subscriber from São Paulo - Brazil and it has been a pleasure to watch your videos! I was looking for tea table etiquete and then I discovered your chanel. I've learned a lot about tea, antiques, trips...things that I love. Thank you very much to share so many good things and "elevate our everyday life"!
Great to hear from you and thanks for subscribing! 😘
Enjoyed all the items you shared. A living estate sale makes sense. 👍🏻😀👏🏻
Yes it does!
I had fun with you shopping. THANK you!
Thanks for joining me at the estate sale. Tennessee never disappoints. 😉
I love watching your videos. I always learn more from your videos about antiques, which I just adore.
Thanks so much for watching!
I always love your shopping trips - trying to binge on them!! love broken vintage jewelry so much you can make!
Good idea to repurpose broken jewelry.
Thank you for this enjoyable video.
Glad you enjoyed it! I appreciate you watching.
Hello Mary Beth ! Love the silver pitcher.....the Crystal pitcher was superb.....we really liked the occupied Japan boy with vases !!! Thank you for your video ! And keep on winning !!! Danke Freund und Aufweidersein !👍🎄💛👫🍁
Thanks so much! 😊 Wish I had bought that $20 crystal pitcher to leave with family in TN. Always love hearing from my friends. Danke und einen schoenen Tag!
Thank you, very nice place lot of beautiful things💕✅
Thanks for coming along for the estate sale!
Hi Lady Mary Beth. Lived looking at the stuff in the estate sale. I collect trinket boxes. Which why I love the ones you picked up. You are right the orchid did look real even on video.
The orchid made it home safely via UPS. 📦 Bet you have a lovely trinket box collection. ☺️
Great trip. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe and have a blessed day. Great prices on a lot of items. I could have spent some money there. 💰
Spent more than I had planned, but got some neat items.
omg THAT WINTER GREETINGS!!! aaahhh!
Found a lone Winter Greetings mug at Goodwill.
Such elegant items, wish the younger generation would be into setting an elegant table these days
We are starting the wave to make elegant entertaining popular again!
So Lady Marybeth I see you enjoy Mary Francis just like I do.I found 2 in the thrift store.I love them.
The best! I have an extensive Mary Frances collection and my stepmother has even more. Thrift store prices are better than wholesale. I have an account, which helps.
Oh I would get that table/chair set!
Wish I had a need for it. The upholstery was nice and just love the rose carving.
Me too
Thank you so much for a wonderful adventure in Tennessee! It’s hard to walk away from such a great sale. Really nice things. Your suggestions are always helpful and informative💛
Thanks for watching! I often have regrets later when I didn't buy something. Just no space in the luggage this time.
What a great sale! Many beautiful items! I loved all of the Fostoria glass. I have a large bowl that belonged to my mother. I would like to find some pieces to go with it. Thank you for a most enjoyable video. 🌟
Wonderful that you have your mother's Fostoria bowl. Bet you will add on to the collection. Seeing it more and more these days. It's definitely a classic!
Such beautiful things.
Thanks for coming along for the estate sale. Wish I had my car with me.
Like always, I enjoyed your video. I like everything you purchased. Also love the Lenox collection with birds and the table lamp with swans. 😊
I needed my big car to load up that lamp. Oh, well. It really was a special one.
What a nice sale. My aunt used to collect all kinds of eggs and displayed them in those French wire baskets. I have a pair of silver candlesticks that were my mothers but I have no idea of how they could fit into my home so they stay in the cabinet. When I die there will probably be an estate sale and all the items I’m saving may finally see the light of day!
Pull those silver candlesticks out of the cabinet and enjoy them. You will be glad you did!
I’ve missed you on your estate sales. I would love that you could get those blue items. Now me, I like flower or pink items. Great to chat again. Appreciate all your work
You would have liked the Haviland dishes. Always lot to discover at estate sales, especially in Tennessee. I plan to visit often to visit the folks and shop the Franklin and Brentwood sales.
This is the first video I have watched of yours. You have a great voice. I feel like you are talking just to me!!! I will watch you again. Really quality, nice items offered in this home. Lovee the jewelry organizer. Something for everyone at this sale.
Lovely meeting you here. I appreciate you coming along for the estate sale. 😘
Love these beautiful pieces. It's sad that the young people aren't into antiques but maybe as they grow they will come back to some history and beauty
Together, we can start the wave for the next generation to embrace these treasures.
@@LadyMaryBeth Yes! My son is getting married and I have purchased many things that I hope they will use in their everyday life, rather than new items. My son did grow up seeing us actually use our crystal, etc.in our everyday life rather than just for special occasions, so hopefully he can transition away from his bachelor plastics and mismatched stainless steel! I hope I don't sound pretentious because I am not. I just think that there are so many nice, quality pieces available for more than reasonable prices so why not use them? Plus, I really like the idea of acquiring things that don't contribute to production pollution. Great sale, Mary Beth!
Love the Antique Stores and Estate Sales the Best! Keep them coming and Keep up the Great Work!!!
Thanks so much for the encouragement! I discovered lots of neat places in Tennessee. Will share more in the coming weeks.
@@LadyMaryBeth Thanks, looking forward to it! We use to visit there several times, loved Franklin and driving the beautiful landscape however had no time for Antiquing unfortunately but so enjoy your videos!
Finally had a chance to watch! Lots of great finds! 💖💖
Thanks for coming along for the Tennessee estate sale! ☺️
I would just love 😍 to see her wall art collection I can’t help to notice the beautiful pictures she has hanging in her home! 👏🤩
Good idea! Here are my copper engraved prints featured last year. It’s an often overlooked episode. ua-cam.com/video/axdA2HGvE28/v-deo.html
@@LadyMaryBeth Wonderful thank you so much! 🙏 I would love to see your gold framed oil painting 🖼 Collection as well one day! Thank you truly once again for your time & Amazing video’s. God Bless 😄🙏❤️
Love that you're a seahorse girl. That's a cute nuance to your fab sophistication. Love your videos! 🧡
I am forever a seahorse girl since Waterford was the start of my career. You know it's in the Waterford logo. My former colleague and I still say we are the "Seahorse Sisters".
Love the seahorse!
Always happy to find seahorses to remind me of Waterford days.
Very nice estate sale in Tennessee! So glad you found some nice things! 🤗
Thank you!! 😊
Next to the pretty blue covered dish you knew you could not take home, was a lovely bergundy dish with a lg star in the middle & small stars surrounding that star. I wish you would have mentioned it; pretty & nice for Christmas holidays maybe?
Yes, perfect for Christmas. Saw it and too much to mention at this estate sale. Needed to go in slow motion with all these treasures.
I do the same thing, reuniting items that somehow got separated! Drives me batty!
I love one servers also. They are so fun to collect.
Easy to store and use often. Doesn't have to match your flatware. Glad you collect these!
💜💜To many tempting pieces💜💜
So true! It was easier to be selective since I had to fly with it or ship home.
Your so close to 10k subscribers 🙌🙌
Super excited about reaching this threshold! 😀
Love the standing mirror.Got one for free when the Kernel passed and the family told the D.O.N to toss the furniture and any other items. So the charge nurse had the task of getting the housekeeping dept to trash all .They all were my friends so I got a nice lingerie chest and the chivily standing mirror.A hugh one.I didnt have much room at home so that's all I took.
Glad you got some nice furniture that you could use. The standing mirror is great to have in your room.
Wow, there were so many wonderful treasures at that estate sale. I kept saying 'I'll take that and that and that...'.
Love your videos. Thanks so much for sharing.
I was saying it right along with you. Bought so much that I shipped boxes home.
That was a very nice estate sale! I know you would have bought many more things, had you driven to Tennessee! Their prices were quite fair for the first day, and the last day things will be a steal. I think I would have spent a lot of money there...LOL!! Thanks for sharing! Hugs!
I bought lots considering I was not driving. Shipped three boxes via UPS and checked an extra suitcase.
Yes, very fair prices. It's always good to follow estate sale companies that price items affordably.
I put my Waterhouse seahorse on a leather chain to wear.
Thanks for allowing me to follow you around, this was so much fun. I am extremely exhausted from not being able to purchase🤣🤣. Thanks for the share, have a wonderful week🥰
Thanks for coming along for the the estate sale. It was hard not buying more. Shipped three boxes home from the Tennessee trip. ☺️
Enjoyable video Lady Mary Beth. I would love to see a video showing your purchases.
I shipped three boxes home, so maybe I could do a video "unboxing" my Tennessee finds.
The little blue jar with lid is a Fostoria sugar bowl, coin pattern. I have it in clear and there is a cream pitcher to match.
Gotta love those estate sales, I especially liked the toupee's? at 17:16 LOL
I know! Was wondering if anyone would notice. Ha!
Very nice👍💗💚💜🧡
Thank you! 🤗
I want to join you on your next trip to Nashville! Maybe a trip to Louisville is in your future.
Would love that! I plan to get to Franklin more often for a visit and filming. Would enjoy having you in TN. Louisville is calling me, too.
Next time you visit your father, plan to fly there and drive home. Estate sale with him and then go to an estate sale 1/2 way home where you overnight. Lots of fun 🤩
Great idea! Lots of stops to be made along the way.
Nice Sale with so much to buy. But I agree with you people over price their used towels at Sales. It was nice you were able to go to the Estate Sale with your Dad. I use do that too with my dad he would pick out things as a surprise for me for later. His L0RD called him home December 7 2020. Gee nothing's the same not even thrifting. I really like going with you though
Yes, I didn't want to say on camera how high the towels were priced. So true. Guess they will sell half price day. Glad that you have wonderful memories with your Dad. He is watching over you. May his memory be eternal.
Great video thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Lovely sale - I would have scooped up those dark blue chargers- I just find them fabulous. Thank you for this treasure hunting video.
If I had my car, would have purchased those blue chargers.
Isn’t that always the way ? There were so many nice items - and that swan lamp - if there had been a pair, they would have been worth shipping home.
I love the Apple Blossom set 😍
It really is beautiful and would be perfect for any season.
I just brought me a 75 piece dishes set for $10.00 people don’t used former dining room no more most people eat in front of the tv I have at least 15 set I try to sell them at my yard sale for $5.00 a set no body buy them goodwill sell dishes set for $12 to $25 for a set
Good find and great buy! We mostly take our meals in the breakfast room, which is a smaller version of our elegant dining room. Would love to shop your yard sale for dishes. Always looking for dish deals at Goodwill and garage sales.
Love to go shopping with you weekly
I'm so glad you joined me for the estate sale!
Lady Marybeth you could buy the stuff you love and ask your friend to keep then for you until you are driving to her town then you would pick them up.Unless the area you you shopped where she lives is not attainable through driving. My grammar is awfull.I hope what I am trying to say comes across clearly.❤
I have boxes at my father's house in TN. This trip, I tried to ship most everything home. Only one item got broken, which is okay considering. I did purchase a Queen Anne piece that holds flatware. Have always wanted one and got it affordably. It's in use in his home until my next driving trip. You will see it in an upcoming segment on the Franklin Antique Mall.
I still use a hand mixer....takes little space, easy to find and I don't use a mixer very often. I have had several people ask me to find one for them.
Good to know! You can always use if the power goes out. Very handy!
Haha! Beautiful items! Great prices too! Loved the furniture but and the mint julep mugs were a delight. I noticed a brace of squat heavy glass candle sticks at the start of your video. I would grab those. Beautiful and practical. Will come with a shipping container...or two! X
Wish there had been four of those mint juleps. So many items of interest, but I could not get it all home. I actually checked an extra suitcase and shipped three big boxes home. Yes, you would need a shipping container for estate sales here. I dream of a private plane to fill up going back and forth to Germany. Ha!
Lady Mary Beth OK, so here's the plan. I get two shipping containers and come to you. We fill one with my finds and the other with yours. We ship one to London and the other to Germany. We fill your now-empty German container with German food and ship it to London for me. I then live in the other container as I would have spent too much on American finds and wonderful German food! ;-) x
@@chrissiewalker8980 Count me in! We could create a nice living space in a container. Oh, the possibilities!
Lady Mary Beth I had already assumed that you would be doing the interior design! Haha x
First time viewer. Prices were reasonable. Oh every time you said can’t take it, I am flying pained me. I figured if you really wanted it you could ship it home, right? I have a double drop leaf dining room table & years ago I was in an antique store that had a mini version of my table. I had just graduated & even though space was an issue still think about the piece that got away. Now I need to go read your about section. I really enjoyed watching this.
Great to hear from you and thanks for watching! I actually shipped three boxes home as well as checking an extra bag. The estate sale was my last stop after visiting many area thrift stores and antique shops. Stay tuned for more!
@@LadyMaryBeth Yeah, my hero Three boxes plus. Will you show the boxes, are you buying for self pleasure & or do you have a shop?
@@gracie2298 Already unpacked the boxes. A few items will be added to my eBay store snd others will be great gifts and decor.

🌸🌿💐🌺 lovely as always
hello, I live in Clarksville, TN and love to go to Franklin...I just think you are a very classy lady. I was born
in France and only came to the US until1966, with my military husband, we have a lot of Antique shops
there but no GW, they're missing out.....
Thank you! 😊
Great to hear from you! I have a friend from my college days in Germany living in Clarksville. She often joins me for fun days in Franklin. So much to do there! Just wait until you see the Goodwill and Franklin Antique Mall segments.
I would love to purchase so many things in that home . How would I do that ?
Estate sales last 2-3 days. It was over last weekend. There are some estate sales that are online now (instead of in-person). You could check your area sales at www.estatesales.net
I love you lady Beth your such a wonderful women with a amazingly beautiful heart 😍 I love your videos
I appreciate you so much! 😘
U're braver than me going to an estate sale while out of town! lol I'm sure I'd be shipping things back home like those beautiful chinoiserie planters. The linens definitely would have found a spot in my suitcase. Loved the make-up case! My parents gifted me my 1st set of luggage as a Xmas gift my senior yr of high school(82) & my daughter still uses my make-up case. The color is a bit bright, but it fits her personality. What's old is always new again I suppose! lol
Love that your daughter is enjoying your "vintage" train case. My step-mother has repurposed several into art boxes. It was hard to resist some of those estate sale treasures. Shipped three boxes home and checked an extra bag. Don't feel sorry for me. Ha!
Do you have any advice on getting rid of tarnish on silver ? I have some silverplated items but I'm hesitant because i don't want to accidentally damage them. I just want them shiny and well cared for
I use Wright’s silver paste. It’s fast and easy. Will not damage your silver plated pieces.
@@LadyMaryBeth thanks, some of the piece are tarnished but they are very nice, especially the tea pot with it's clawed feet
Just saw the monogram napkins.
The raised monogram is really special!
Do they have estate sales because they are leaving or just because they have such a lot of items ,just wondered lv Ann ♥️♥️♥️♥️
I am thinking they are moving to a retirement home. The family might have cherry picked items they want to keep and sold the rest.
That intro video went on forever
Working on several new video intros when I hit 10,000 subscribers. New logo waiting in the wings, too.
Could this be Bart and Shannon Millard’s home in Franklin?
No idea as the name was not disclosed. It’s in a gated neighborhood near Cool Springs in Franklin, TN.
Todo muy bonito
¡Gracias por ver! 😘
I AM HOOKED
So glad you came over to my channel. You really made my day!
Thank you Lady Mary Beth
Oh!! {Sorry! I shouted.} I want to see your dad!!
Look at the 23:03 mark and you will see him carrying my purse in the kitchen. 😂
❤❤❤❤
Danke!
Maybe rather than burgundy, the color was cranberry?
Por babor active los subtítulos en español. Gracias!

Estate sale is not really affordable in California 😒😏
Good to know. Had not considered that it would vary so much by state.
The owner of this house must have been a hoarder. Not sure how anyone could live with so much stuff. It is suffocating.
Probably not. With estate sales, everything is pulled out of drawers, cabinets, and closets. It didn't seem that they had too much stuff.
I like you better! You are more
Cool :)
